This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium condo offers ski-in/ski-out access just outside your back door. A ground floor unit, it’s perfect for families and groups of up to 10 people who don’t want to lug their gear up the stairs! As you walk into the living room, you’ll instantly feel welcomed by the wide open floor plan. Gather around the fireplace while the chef in your group cooks in the kitchen or relax in the living room while watching the large flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, and there is seating for six people at the dining table and another two at the breakfast bar.

The patio also has deck chairs to enjoy fresh air and listen to the creek running through the complex. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, washer/dryer in unit, access to the Club House with shared indoor/outdoor hot tubs, and parking for two vehicles. Great location to the lift and slope. Only beef is that you had to use the access off the front door and not the back door (off the parking lot and ski access). Great place to stay with family and friends. Will likely stay there again!

Great weekend getaway

Condo was great for a quick getaway with the ladies. A short walk to town and bike paths. We thought the place could use a spring clean to catch dirty kitchen appliances (blender base) and out of the way spaces like corners of rooms and under heating panels. Overall, really enjoyed our stay.

Great break

The condo is situated in a very prominent area of Breckenridge. Living quarters were great and although there was some minor issues, it was a great place to stay. Bunk beds were hard but doable and the 2 other rooms were great!! Kitchen was well equipped however I would say a small spatula would have helped :) All in all it was great!!

Very tired property - great location

We've stayed at the Tyra complex several times due to it's location directly on 4 O' Clock run and next to the Snowflake lift. As an owner of several vacation rentals, good beds are a MUST. Especially after a long day on the slopes. The beds in the master and guest bedrooms were so old and broken down we did not get a wink of sleep the first night. I contacted Summit Vacation Rentals and they said "That's odd, the last group staying they said they really enjoyed the place." Really? This was a big insult, but I am not surprised. They offered us a mattress topper, but that would have done no good. It's really a shame as all it would have taken is several hundred dollars to replace the mattresses and most everyone including myself and my wife wold have overlooked the rest of the tired condo due to it's awesome location. We never slept more than 3 hours a night. The odd thing is, no one else gave a bad review about the beds? Trust me, they are BAD. Renters beware if you like to sleep. Bill

Great place for skiers

Rent skis across the street. Hop on Snowflake lift right there too. Need king size bed in master. Place is showing its wear. Price was too high. But all in all, a good place to stay.

Excellent accommodations and location!

We have stayed in Breckenridge many times over the last 25 years and this property tops our list. Here is what we liked: 1st floor unit with parking right in front of the patio entrance; ski off the 4 O'Clock trail and only 20 steps to the unit; Snowflake lift, ticket office, ski shop, and bus shuttle service right across the street; perfect size unit for 6-8 people with lots of "elbow room" and fully stocked with everything we needed. Very short drive down the hill to town. Finally, the ease of check in/out and very clear instructions made the trip even easier. Thank you!!!
