Property is lovely and unique. Room was comfortable and clean. Only complaint was the over priced and poor breakfast buffet and very lumpy saggy pillows. For the price of the rooms, breakfast should have been included ( Hampton Inns have better breakfasts and they are free).

5 star property….Gorgeous property. It was wild to stay in the hotel converted from the factory where our grandmother/ great grandmother worked daily! I did remove 1 star on facilities because our toilet would not flush properly and overflow. Also no breakfast accessible due to a remodel or construction or something like that. We Had to call maintenance twice on our 1 week stay about our toilet.

We were in town visiting our son and the Wellsworth was the perfect place. We had a very quiet stay and actually slept better than at home. The two meals we had at Shades were both enjoyable and the option to be served on the patio was very pleasant. We would definitely stay again when in the area.

The server in the dining area refused to serve me and I was the only person in the restaurant at the time. The hostess ended up serving. I did report this to management.

what a GREAT find, we absolutely loved our stay here and would like to spend 3-4 days next time. We came in town for the Brimfield Antique and Flea Market Show and found this property. It was amazing - pool, hot tub, health club, Gym, Hand Ball / Racquetball, it really offers so much. Pool tables in the lounge area. The property is rich with history and it is beautiful.
