I always like staying here. I only wish they had bacon and real butter😃. It's a nice hotel with a treadmill , a pool and nice customer service.

I enjoyed my stay. There’s a lot of restaurants and stores available and it isn’t far from the hotel. Customer service was great. Everything was clean. The room had a lot of open space. The pool and hot tub were great for the most part. The jets didn’t work in the hot tub but it was nice and hot. There is a train behind and close to the building which could be an issue for some people. We had no issue with it and didn’t hear anything while sleeping. (We sleep with a fan and sound machine). I will be using this hotel the next time I visit my family.

Almost there.
The room was clean. The service was great. Bed was not comfortable. Not enough outlets by the bed. Had to choose between waking up on time or dying in my sleep as i need a CPAP machine. They just need ti try a bit harder.

Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located close to our event which was convenient. The in room tub and pool were great. The only issue I came across was the poor wifi coverage and an inability to watch the chiefs game (one of the reasons I extended my stay). Overall, a great stay.

The room was dated and did not feel very clean. The staff was not really interested in friendly service. The breakfast was below average and they did not keep what they did offer well-stocked. Would not stay here again.

Clean with very nice staff. Be aware there are evidently nearby train tracks as we heard trains go by twice between checkin and bedtime. HOWEVER important to note, we did not hear any at all during the night. Whether they don’t run through at night or whether we were just that tired, I’m not sure but we did not find them at all a problem. I mentioning them because if you are a very very light sleeper, they might bother you. I myself I’m a pretty light sleeper but I never heard any trains at all during the night. I neglected to get the name of one of the room, cleaners who stopped us in the hall to apologize for an oversight he remembered in our room, the day before. It was. othing that bothered us at all, but we were impressed that it bothered him enough to stop us and apologize. i would return.
