Convenient location to train station and other places we needed to walk to frequently. The breakfast spread was really outstanding in the amount and variety of food, including options for limited diets (e.g., dairy-alternatives). Staff was courteous and helpful for the most part. On the downside, the hotel advertises refrigerators in the rooms, one of the main reasons I chose this hotel over others that cost less, but they did not have one for us and couldn't get one from another room during our week-long stay so I'm not sure if any of the rooms actually have a refrigerator. You should contact them to confirm if you rely on one for medical reasons, etc. Second, they have a nice courtyard area to sit, but that is the heavily-used designated smoking area so forget about relaxing outside away from the crowds unless you smoke. Also if you open the window in your room the smoke comes in. Lastly, there is music playing in common areas from about 8 am until midnight-ish of which the bass and rhythm sections were audible in our 2nd floor room. Will we stay there again? Not sure, will have to see what all is available next time we go to Bruges.
