We found a roach in our room. We informed staff and nothing was done to rectify it. With experience in pest control, we know we may be bringing roaches back into our home as a result of the lack of attention to cleanliness.

Property is starting to show minor wear and tear....bathrooms mirror lights not working ....shower heads need to be replaced most of all the breakfast can be upgraded....especially the flimsy plastic utensils....not very appetizing to use

My trip to Boone NC was cancelled due to the impact the hurricanes. I called La Quinta requesting a credit, not a refund for my rescheduled trip to NC and the refused since I did not get the cancelation insurance. Bad custoner/business service since I always stay at this hotel on my often trips to NC. I will stay at other similar hotels near by from now on. You lost a good and regular customer for a 1 night stay!!
