Stay was fine, but the room did not appear to be cleaned outside of beds made. Wasn’t properly stocked had one was cloth and 2 bath towels. The two bath towels were hung different ways. There was string in shower and in bathroom floor. Windows were all unlocked. One seemed broke, but I managed to get it shut and locked. One nice thing was front desk did call and ask was the room ok. I mentioned the window and strings in bathroom but hadn’t really seen the towel situation at the time they called but that was a nice gesture.

Stayed one night on a business trip. It’s a great hotel. Love the lodge vibe. Great bar. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Only downside is that gym equipment needs to be replaced. Specifically the treadmills and ellipticals.

Underwhelming
It was okay. But I think they put us in the broken room because we booked on Hotels com :(. The phone was broken, the balcony was inaccessible due to "maintenance", however it looked like nothing was being done, it looked fine. The TV wasn't working. Only stayed one night on the way to our nephew's tournament. Have stayed here once before several years ago and wasn't overwhelmed then either. Not worth the price and add on fees. Cute hotel with lots of possibilities. Staff was like warm. Bed was okay, but stiff, we woke up with leg and back pains 😔. The shower has mold in it and just did not look clean. Carpet was the same, it also did not appear to be clean 😔. Overall disappointed. We had heard good things about the hotel from friends and family and we travel frequently so we thought we would try it again. Won't book a 3rd time 😣.
