Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The property was well taken care of. However it’s very old. My floorboards bounced up and down and the carpet was really old and dirty. Cars pull up to the rooms so headlights come in and you can hear everything outside. It’s really convenient for Bryce Canyon and the restaurant is good enough
Our stay was nice, the room was clean and quiet.
The stars at night were amazing when we walked to the back of the property to get out of the light. Beautiful dark sky and thousands of stars.
This was not a good stay for us. No wifi from the room, we had
to go to the restaurant to get any service. Phone did not work. The shower drain didn’t drain for fifteen minutes leaving us standing in a puddle of dirty water. The restaurant was awful. The waitress left us waiting a half hour after we asked at the desk for our bill. The food was inedible. We both couldn’t eat more than a few bites. The bed was comfortable however but we will never return.

The wifi did not work. Otherwise the stay was great!
This site is a bit remote from Zion Nat Park. The motel is great but a little off the beaten path. If coming from Grand Canyon this would be on the way to Zion.
This stay was awful. Check in was chaos. They didn’t find our 1 of our 2 room reservations and later found it after charging our friends. The room was in such poor condition we asked for another and it was nearly as bad. Friends’ room the same. Stained carpet, rusted shower rod, broken chairs, plugged toilets, chipped paint in all the rooms. Green pool and spa. DO NOT stay here. Can’t believe that Hotels.com is promoting this hotel.

Liked: Cleanliness
Nice size rooms. Bathroom was 2 rooms. It had an outer area with double sinks and an inner area with a tub and potty. There was a sitting area with two chairs. TV was hung in an ackward position . Hard to see except from one bed. It was clean but tired.
It was a very nice stay for us. We were looking for something clean and not expensive, as we were gone most of the time. The beds were comfortable and it was clean except for the carpet. It needed to be cleaned. Because it is an older hotel, there were limited electrical outlets, but we had sufficient for our needs. The staff was very friendly. The pool was still out of order (I had seen in an earlier review that it was not working). However the hot tub was working.
