A clean, comfortable and well located hotel, steps away from Florida street. The front desk personnel are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. I definitely recommend it.

The mattress was sagging badly; they didn't want to change my room because it was a "full house." And the front desk person (night shift) was SO rude. I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK TO THIS HOTEL.

Rooms are small, neat, with only window to internal shaft. Street outside is dark, dirty, but lobby very bright and attractive. Bathroom quite small with 2’ x 2’ shower. Room quite noisy to hallway and other rooms.
