Loved the location of this spot. It was located a few streets away from Palermo Soho, which was perfect for hitting up Don Julio, and doing some shopping while I was in town. To top it off, it was a ~15 minute ride to the AEP airport. Staff was very friendly and spoke fluent English. A few things: - Front desk did not have a lot of pesos to exchange with USD , so it wasn't a reliable option to get cash. They pointed me towards a western union instead. - The room I was put in was very prone to outside noise (103). I could hear people ambling about or even having quiet conversations in the hallway. The door should definitely be replaced to not be a "closet door" and a full door, as it mildly impacted my sleep.

Basic property within walking distance to good neighborhoods. Friendly staff. Unfortunately a lot of items in the room were broken and made us feel unsafe. Instead of addressing the problem the hotel suggested we stay at another property of theirs in another neighborhood.

Nice, but need few changes
It was a really nice place do stay, but the matress has to be changed. I think that they don´t follow the expiration date and it has a valley on it. The coffe is good, but so many choices of sweet things. They need to put more options of salty food. It´s near to almost evething. I waleked a lot.

Nothing bad to say about this place. Staff was wonderful, bed was comfortable, plenty of amenities. Walkable to the best restaurants in the city. Corner stores for an service you need. Very charming. Breakfast had a huge variety. The cook was very attentive. High ceilings and a FAN! Big score. Sitting areas, full bar. Nothing negative to say.

Estuvimos muy a gusto en nuestra estancia en este hotel principalmente por la amabilidad del staff y la ubicación tan conveniente que tiene el hotel. Se nota que se esmeran wn tener un lugar lindo y cómodo para los huéspedes. No pudimos hacer uso del spa por llevar una pierna lastimada pero nos quedamos con muchas ganas pues no dudo que el servicio habria estado genial. Sin duda me quedaría de nuevo en el hotel si regreso a Buenos Aires.

Nice location and offered safe entrance. Liked the concept of the hotel. The room was comfortable but very musky. Complimentary water should have been offered even if it was in coffee area so guests can fill own containers. Staff fairly friendly. Overall good spot as long as at fair point value

What a great place to stay in Burgos Aries! Central to everything and else access to trains and all locations. Fernando and a great team at the front desk made it easy and welcoming throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was so friendly! About 5-10 minute walk from all the bars restaurants and boutiques. Highly recommend Duque for your stay. Unfortunately I didn’t check out their spa which I regret. But the next time I definitely won’t miss it!
