I found the entire staff to be welcoming and friendly. I was assigned a room with a tub shower rather than a walk in shower. Since it was for one night I didn’t bring up the issue. I wound up slipping in the slick tub, falling through the glass shower door, landing on the glass shards, and hitting my head on the tiled floor. Management was very supportive in getting me first aid and another room for the night. After 4 hours of sleep I left to return home. I’m still dealing with soreness and will get a thorough check up tomorrow.

Amazing. A quick rest between cruise ship and airplane. Was checked in super early and staff were great. Sent up complimentary macaroons to our room . At the pool I ordered a beer and when we went to check out. I said that would be on my bill. Wrong! It was complimentary also.

This is a great hotel with a fabulous location by the Plaza de Mayo. The only thing we had a problem with was electrical access in the bedroom of our suite to plug in our cpap machines, but they immediately took care of that with an extension cord and power strip - very easy fix! They came and brought us bottles of water and beautiful chocolates and macrons on our first evening as well. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Ok hotel, shows its age, definitely not 5 star. Had to change a room 3 times because something wasn’t working properly. Either toilet or charging plugs were not working. There is no view, we had two rooms and both stare right into high old buildings across the street. Rooftop view is decent. Just a hold hotel that is 3 stars at best. The staff was nice for the most part

Not a 5 star more like 2 star
It’s not all five star at all. There are a wonderful places to stay in Argentina. This is not one of them. It’s more like a 2 to 3 star hotel. Plain rooms, dirty carpet, little service, I mean it’s fine but it’s like a 2 to 3 star. I’ve stayed at a five star Buenos Aires and there are great. This is not one of them simply false advertise.

Ridiculous not allowing me to check in even 15 minutes before 3:00, as if the room wasn’t ready then. Security is also fairly ridiculous there, and the gym is a complete and utter joke. The showers spray water all over the floor due to the bad design half glass. Not sure how they are rated 5 stars but it is completely worn down with broken tiles, buts in the carpet, and pis yellow lighting.
