I stayed for a week at another property for business. After that i extended my stay 5 more days down the strip to New York New York. They started construction near my room that day. Because they were booked I had to wait to get another room. I kept asking if I could pay for an upgrade, as the rooms were kinda small. No response! Our replacement room was the same, no offer to upgrade or acknowledge the request. I was very clear I wanted to pay to upgrade. The pool is small. The foods has good choices. But that was it. Next time I go I’ll stay somewhere with nicer accommodations a better pool and hopefully staff that wants to help make your stay fun.

I liked the size of the room, but my room was not entirely clean, found crumbs by the window. I find it rather stupid in that my room has a cabinet for a refrigerator, but there was no refrigerator there it was empty. In order to have one I would have to pay an extra $25 a night. Really???? Why wouldn't the resort fee cover that. I pay an extra $45 a night for the resort fee, for my slow, non-secured Wi-Fi access and for the fitness center?? I think most guests are not on vacation to keep up with their workout each day at the fitness center. Plus I was never given any further detail on the Resort Fee, and I was told it would be credited back, but I was charged anyway. I thought that was already paid in advance. The elevators were quite slow. The TV was buffering no matter what I watched. Why wasn't there a coffee machine in the room. Any hotel I stayed at would include one. I might stay at a different location in the future, the room was okay, but there are far more better options I would think in the area. Best part is how close it is to the arena, and the ballpark in the future.
