I checked in electronically 24 hours in advance. When I arrived at the hotel at almost midnight, or room was not ready. Finally I was given a room at the other end of the hotel. By now it was 12:30. We had to walk 1/4 of a mile…. The entire distance of the casino to get to “our” elevator (passing 3 other elevators) with no one offering to help. When we got to our room, it was occupied!!!!! (And technically was directly above the registration area.)
I had to go back down the way winding hallway to the far elevator and go back to registration. They moved us down a floor and said to take a closer elevator. When we got into the “wellness” room… the only wellness item that worked was the purifier. There was no water in the room, we had requested a fridge, it was not in the room, etc.
After all the maintenance calls, we finally got in the bed after 2:30am. I asked for compensation… they offered a measly $50. The registration staff was rude, and in helpful. Maintenance staff was better.
These rooms are to expensive for this kind of service!!!
