On the first night of our stay, our family was being harassed by drunk men who couldn't find their room and continued screaming, banging, and kicking our door several times in between 12am-3am, even after telling them they have the wrong room and to stop banging because they would wake up our kids. We waited for security but their response was too slow. We called the police and they said they would send some officers. Security and officers finally came by but weren't helpful. They gave us a $25 voucher for our "troubles". No room change. No promise of following up with us in the morning. We spent most of the following day figuring out if they would give us new rooms and when the rooms would be available, with little success. Security officers in between shifts didn't communicate with each other to continue looking for the men. We'd hoped the men would be evicted but that did not happen, even after finding them. The security teams changing shift did not communicate our issues and we had to start from scratch explaining everything that happened and our fear that we would run into them in the hallway. Concierge staff said they would get us new rooms after we requested them but by 4pm, and for fear that we would run into the men, we decided our next course of action would be to look for a new hotel.
