Room was comfortable and clean. Loved the outdoor fire places in the courtyard. Only complaint was parents letting kids run around and scream outside till past 10pm. The hotel is not responsible for other people’s children or how parents let them do what ever so I can not give give a negative review

Good overall
Quick overnight stay, we didn’t need anything fancy. The room, renovated and big, was very nice. The bathroom and amenities were good too. Everything super clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable too. A few downsides: lack of privacy / bad soundproofing (and disrespectful guests), and room not quite dark at night. The roll-down shade doesn’t prevent light from getting in at night, and the room we had was courtyard side, where there are powerful lights at night. And the curtains are just decorative and don’t close really. Also, our room was one of those that have a communicating room with doors from one another: the light from the other room was very bright and the other guest had it on all night. Quite annoying. The same neighbor started having a very loud, over speaker phone conversation/argument with his girlfriend starting at 7am, which woke us up abruptly through the …. Sound proofing definitely is an issue. And some other guest in a nearby room in the evening when we checked in (around 11:30pm) had a very loud and violent argument with his girlfriend (as well…) - other guests called management for resolution.

First room I got was a little dirty but the front desk was very friends and helpful they switched me and it was much better, I’d say there is definitely room for improvement in terms of vacuuming crevices around the bed but overall had a good stay

Property is under construction. It is run down. The hotel/rooms need improvement. The shower was falling apart, wallpaper ripping in places, the floor is cold laminate with a thin carpet on it. Bonus was the beds are comfortable. Would I stay here again? NO!
