The hotel was super dirty. Halls were just lined with trash and when we got in our room the floor was dirty and the shower floor was dirty.

The staff was very friendly and I believe that the hotel had a refurbishment recently, I personally loved the vanity space in the bathroom. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. My husband and I decided we would stay there again. We stayed one night prior to our early morning flight. The shuttle driver to the airport was very friendly even at 4:30sm.

It is not that it was unique. It was the usual fare with most amenities at any similar hotels. It is that all the things we would need for a comfortable stay were available and the staff was generally friendly. It was very convenient being so close to the airport.

I booked this hotel because of all the awesome reviews on Hotels.com and was left wondering “did we all stay at the same place??” The thermostat in our room did not work so it was very stuffy, the bathtub drain would not drain so we showered ankle high in water, the bed felt like they thrifted it off the side of the road. Service at the Bar & Grill was abysmal, and I don’t mean slow, I mean the bartenders and servers were outright rude and it was clear they did not want to be there. They advertise an airport shuttle so you can imagine our confusion when we stood at the pickup point for 25 minutes on hold with the front desk trying to request a pickup.

Front desk staff was very kind. The only challenge we had was about our room numbers. 100s and 300s are on the 1st floor, 200s and 400s are on the 2nd floor which was a little confusing! However it was a good experience with this hotel, will come back again.
