I stayed at fairbridge for onevnight as I needed a place to stay for the night since I arrived at buffalo late and was visiting canada in the morning and I am rating it based on that. So to clarify, my five star overall rating is because to me this have provided what I needed perfectly. A nice comfy bed, a clean bathroom and a hospitable people interaction with a smile. So at first the location was close to the airport so going there after a long trip from california was easy. I was met at the reception by a nice lady who was very helpful and supportive. I went to the room which was warm and cozy. Of course it is not a fancy room it is pretty basic but the bed was clean with fresh sheets and a nice blanket. The bathroom was also clean enough to be comfortable. I woke up early and discovered that I have forgot to get gloves. So close to the hotel there was a a few nice places including TJ MAXXX and Ross. There seemed to be other shops and restauranrs around it but I didn't look around I just got what I needed and left. Finally, check out was extremely fast and easy and the other receptionist was also helpful and the location was close to the peace bridge through which I went to Canada. In Conclusion, the hotel itself is a two star hotel that provided me with a five star experience and for that I am grateful

Ehhh I wouldn’t.
Rooms had no sound proofing. One room near mine smelled horribly of marijuana. The first night I woke up to go to the bathroom and found a roach crawling across the bathroom counter. Mold spots where the ceiling meets the walls in the bathroom. Heater made a horrible horrible whining noise all night.

Needed a last minute hotel room. By far the cheapest in the area and close to Exit 49 of the Thruway. Well worn hotel, furniture and bedding. Needs renovating.

meh.
It was very cold and my phone deactivated my room key so I had to carry all my bags back down the stairs and reset it. I was desperate for a room at the time so I'm not too concerned with the quality. It definitely serves more for function over comfort.

***DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL*** It has roaches and bugs crawling through it! Never ever again! The rooms are dark & dinghy! The bedding had holes and stains! Bugs were crawling up through the drains and on the walls! Absolutely disgusting! Paid 140 dollars for a bug show! Area however is safe and very convenient to shopping & restaurants!

Hallway smelt like cigarette smoke and marijuana even though there were multiple signs indicating no smoking. Couple of bugs in the washroom when we turned on the lights in the washroom, killed those. We just needed somewhere to sleep after the Buffalo Bills game and really disappointed with the conditions of the property.

This place was worst of the worst. I mean our room reeked of smoke and was in the worst shape possible. The painting was pulled off of the wall, the bedding had cigarette burn holes in it and the electrical panels were pulled off the walls. Nothing in this place seemed even remotely clean. If you are looking for a place to stay spend the extra money and find somewhere else.

I liked the location, near other amenities. But the room condition was poor, mattress was hard, damage along the carpet floorboards, huge badly repaired drywall patch above the tub, toilet paper holder hanging on with one screw. View outside window shows hotel rooftop slewn with trash. And it has been 6 days and no return on my deposit. Can't recommend this hotel.

*WARNING*this property is in poor condition. Bathroom fan had an inch of dirt & dust. No safety lock on door. The smell of mildew was overwhelming . Front desk guy was rude! checked in & checked right out. Good thing I found another hotel with availability at 11pm at night, Expedia should never accept a listing like this. I’d like a refund!
