I found bed bugs & aunts crawling on the wall every where. The room smelled like smoking even though it says non-smoking. The floors are dirty. I had to leave & canceled my reservation. The receptionist didn't argue with me & refunded me my money.

The staff was great and the room was clean. The facility is rundown on the outside but clean inside. It is dated and needs updating but it was a good stay.

Terrible Room Condition
The carpet and bathroom floor had some kind of strange feeling like it had been cleaned with some kind of cleaning agent that left a residue, there was a strong chemical odor. The bathroom had visible mold, the sink counter top was stained and caulking around the toilet and bathtub were broken and moldy looking. The door jamb to the bathroom was broken and poorly repaired.

Horrible hotel, never book it
The hotel is terribly maintained within broken fixtures in multiple areas of the room and dust/grime in appliances like the coffee maker. The pillows are surely older than I am and make it impossible to get a good sleep. The staff is extremely rude and prefers to have confrontations instead of helping the guests or even noting their complaints.

Fridge in the room was not working, when reported we were told we can not fix it, also the toilet was dirty and the water in the flush wasn’t working. Overall won’t recommend this property to anyone, terrible experience.

Honestly, I can understand properties being cheaper when they’re more old and worn down, but everything across his property was just annoying. Staff was OK not rude by any means, but definitely not the most friendly just neutral Location that really is anything you can walk to because of it being on a busy road but it is near everything by car so that’s OK be mindful there will be extreme road noise Card key stopped working two different occasions their door locks are an ancient Everything is worn out in the room and Hotel vending machines ice machines aren’t online it smells. It’s dark and dingy. I could ignore all of that however, my room the TV remote wouldn’t turn on the TV. It smelled bad in the room. It was dusty. There was hairs on the bed nightstand back of the toilet in the sink on the floor and a used bar soap. Didn’t even bother to even check the rest of the bed. I packed up my stuff and instantly left. Unfortunately, I could not recommend this to anybody
