I have stayed here a lot in the past. Seems to be going down a hill. We were told putting the sign out for the room to be claimed was of no use but we had to come down to the desk and make the request. Paint with chipping and the bathroom was unclean. Needed a couple of extra towels as the water from the shower sprays all over the floor. Had to beg and reason for a couple of towels

We had two rooms. One had been updated. One had not. The one that still had carpet was kinda gross. Water damage and something black (possibly mold)on a wall. The updated room was very nice!!

This was our second time staying there the place looks so dated; carpets are disgusting going up the stairs to the 2nd 3rd floors, beds are very uncomfortable; rooms look dated; very noisy for the two nights we stayed there people were parting well after 2-3-4am; staff not friendly at all!

The cleanliness of this hotel was not good at all. Rooms are very outdated. Dust all over the lamp beside your bed stains all over the carpet. Just definitely needed a makeover.
