This establishment is located on the 4th floor in the back of the jewel in changi airport. I had to go past immigration so that was an added step that I wasn’t aware of until their last minute email. The place has a lot of rooms so it was like a maze looking for my room. The room was clean and had a attached desk and one small chair. The room isn’t the biggest so if you have a couple large luggages, it may be a tight fit. Bed & pillows were super soft and comfortable, plus the bed reclines !! The only downside was that the breakfast choices were disappointing. Just some muffins and toast then coffee. I wish there were more choices available. J

Bon choix d'hôtel pour être directement dans l'aéroport pour prendre son vol s'il est tôt le matin. Les chambres sont très petites par contre. Il y a une pièce réservée pour les clients où on trouve tables et chaises pour manger. Il y a aussi une machine à café (gratuit), un grille-pain et des jus et fruits dans le frigo pour le déjeuner. Sinon, il y a plusieurs options pour se restaurer avec les nombreux restaurants dans le terminal 1. Le check-inn et le check-out se font de façon rapide et efficace. L'hôtel est situé juste à côté du Jewel.

An acceptable stay for the price.
It was an acceptavle stay for the price. The sheets on the bed had some tears and the matress cover seemed small for the matress. The fold away table was dirty, but the room was comfy and the water got hot quickly so I feel it evened out. It had enough outlets for charging my devices so I was rrasy to explore the wonders of Singapore. Despite the negatives I would still stay there again, the staff were friendly and the breakfast service was nice and tasty.

YOTELAIR in general is an awesome hotel. It is relatively a tight room which is okay for short stay. It's location is a selling point since it's inside a Jewel Mall and close to the airport

This is a airport hotel, expensive and only 15 hours stay. It is right on the Jewel which is the shopping center and also great food in walking distance

A great option for a quick overnight stay if flight missed in Singapore. Tiny rooms with a reclining bed but works for a one night stays. Set in The Jewel complex in Terminal 1 it’s easy access to shopping, transport and dining options.

The rooms are extremely small, either the guest or the suitcase enters, but not both at the same time. The towels had holes, were dirty, stained and smelled very bad. The mattress is very uncomfortable as well as the pillows. The price is excessive for what one gets in return. Check in is at 6 pm and check out is at 9 am. You cannot leave your suitcases with them, they charge you for each piece regardless of size. The only positive thing is the location, which is right in the center of the Jewel.

Not impressed and too cold.
The man at reception could not find my booking or name booked under which was right in front of him on my copy, said I had no booking. No very friendly. Gave me a key card and said take 4M !!!! Which turned out to be level 4M . did not even bother to tell me my room number just stuck a sticker on the key card. Eventually found my way to my room. The room was clean but very cold could not adjust air conditioning tempt, controls did not work. Something in air con system set off my hay fever, could not stop sneezing during the night. Lady at reception was very helpful with directions to Terminal 3, at 5am. This is my first experience with Yotelair, Singapore, Changi Airport, not impressed with first impression at check in desk.

It was very convenient and clean. Reception gave no help in finding your room (which was tricky) the cleaner was very helpful. Sheets on the bed weren't made properly and pulled up in the night. Also, could hear people in the other room, so soundproofing insufficient. I wouldn't have worried except the price was very expensive!

Comfortable bed and great shower.
As a transit hotel, it serves its purpose. Comfortable bed and great shower. The room is very small but that is what they advertise so I wasn't surprised.

Comfortable, adjustable bed. Tiny room but enough for sleeping. Shower was okay, toilet didn’t flush well. Free coffee and tea was a nice touch. The hotel was kind of hard to find, partly because the airport has few signs in general. It’s in the Jewel section of the airport.
