Check-in staff was understanding with regards to my flight to Singapore being very late, also liked their breakfast buffet. Main downside was I had trouble controlling the aircon settings in my room.

Comfortable, adjustable bed. Tiny room but enough for sleeping. Shower was okay, toilet didn’t flush well. Free coffee and tea was a nice touch. The hotel was kind of hard to find, partly because the airport has few signs in general. It’s in the Jewel section of the airport.

This hotel is so convenient as it is based in the Terminal with loads of dining options. Al5hough the room is small it has everything you need and is so comfortable. I would definately stay at this hotel again and would highly recommend to travellers.

Black hairs absolutely everywhere in the room, under the sheets, on the floor it was disgusting. Nothing dries in the room so expect to have soggy towels for your stay. Very small rooms so I wouldn’t recommend staying for more than a night. Very expensive for the state of the room

The staffs were very courteous and pleasant. The hotel is located in a big mall and walkable from terminal 1. Lots of shopping and food. Room was small great for transit short stay.

The staff named Ewan who checked us in at 12 am was very rude and unfriendly. We were already tired from the flight and it was as if we were interrupting his sleep at 12 am hence he was grumpy. Yotel is fairly pricey and is meant for flight customers you would expect understanding friendly customer service. Not happy.

Everything about this is hotel was convenient for me . The staff was really nice expect one who refused to to let us use the microwave because she claim that its only for halal food. My only problem was that my room was never cleaned for the time spent there, like the trash was never empty and the bed was never made. I only slept there and was out of the room the most time.
