Hotel was undergoing renovations that weren’t advertised anywhere. Room was clean, however staff weren’t the most welcoming and appliances were outdated. Experience could have been better.

Staff is the best. Ambrosia checked us in and out. She was so helpful and pleasant. I also interacted with the evening staff and he too was extremely helpful. The price is reasonable and I like that there is a microwave, fridge and coffee maker, allowing us to have breakfast in the room before our day of shopping.

Checkin was fast. Key didn’t work at first, but they took care of it right away. Someone had covered smoke alarm-unsafe. Room was dirty. Sheets had hair on them. Beds had stains. Walls were filthy. Shower curtain was filthy. Floor was filthy. No washcloths provided, only towels. At least I didn’t see any bedbugs though.

It was old , supposed to be smoke frer but our room had a strong weed smell, the key card worked 1 time out of 10 the shower head leaked outside of the shower. Water damage on the wall s in the bathroom, the ac was super noisy tv was very old lamp were rusted . Other than that the room was clean I would not return

Going downhill.
Coffee empty. No lids anyway. 2 towels only in room. When I asked for towels at the desk I was told not until I brought the ones in the room back. Desk clerk rude and playing on her phone. No Kleenex and a sliver of soap was all that was provided. You get what you pay for.

We reserved a last minute non smoking room and the room reeked of smoke. Very old not updated and in poor condition. Not suitable for a long stay.

It’s not the fanciest but my kid was sick and we needed somewhere very last minute to stay as we are from Ontario Canada and had a 4 hour drive home still. The girl at the front desk was SO helpful and nice, made sure to find us a room with a fridge from my kids milk and medicine. Rooms were clean but had a musky smell, nothing some air freshener couldn’t fix. Beds were clean and comfy and we had nobody on either side or below us so it was very quiet for a Saturday night. Lots of truckers visiting as it’s close to the highway but they were all very kid friendly and helped take a sick toddler while I was checking in. One recommended the Olive Garden down the street and it was a life saver. Close to food and grocery and overall a good stay. Room for improvements but they are in the process of upgrading so will likely be greater with time.
