Your employee John went above and beyond his call of duty and service by providing the most excellent and proffessional service I have ever experienced. He should absolutely be acknowledged for the awesom customer service. The beds are comfortable, cocktail hour was generous and Breakfast has so many options 😋 We will be back.

Good not great

The bad: Showers were cold in the morning. Never heard of a hotel that runs out of hot water. At night though it was available. A/C was running but it never got the room to the temp I wanted. The Good: the rooms were spacious enough to hold a family of 5. Most other hotels require you to get a second room. The included daily breakfast was much appreciated. Happy hour was definitely a plus serving alcoholic beverages free of charge.

Great location and airport shuttle. Room/suite was more than comfortable. I appreciated the little balcony and a generous happy hour. It was wonderful to have the trail to wander along the waterfront right by the hotel. I'd definitely select this hotel again when flying out of SF

I booked a king size bed room Before check in, I came to the hotel to drop off my luggage before going into the city and was told that i was on the 5th floor. When I came back hours later to check in, it was a different person and he told me I was on the third floor. When I went to the room, it was not even a queen bed, but a single double bed room. Was not happy, but due to exhaustion and needing to sleep due to traveling I just went to bed. I booked two hotel rooms earlier in the week at the same hotel for my family and gave rave reviews. But this one being the third room rental in the same week. Left a bad taste for me.

A very nice hotel in a convenient location to the airport. A very good breakfast that was well run and supplied. The only negative is the $42 charge for one night of parking. That was not obvious when I was booking and is a bit excessive given the location. That makes the good breakfast taste just a little less good. Otherwise a nice and well run hotel.
