The wait for the room was over and hour and a half. We arrived at 4pm check in time. The tv did not work it kept switching channels on its own. The room keys kept deactivating. There were no towels at the swimming pool area, no happy hour as we missed it waiting for a room. Tv was swapped out for a different tv that did not work.

The room and the service was good, except for the female employee who was helping at the bar for the happy hour. She was super rude not just to me but to a lot of people. At my check out they hotel over charged me more than 800 dollars and that cost me to get my CC blocked. I had to call them may times about it but they didn’t care. They hang up on me all the time. Finally 5 days later they sent me my money back but never called back to explain why they did it when I asked so many times.
