This hotel has a lot of potential. There were many good things about our stay, but also several areas that could be improved. The hotel itself feels outdated, including the furniture, and the ceilings in the rooms could use some touch-up work. The pull-out couch mattress was very worn out — we were basically sleeping directly on the metal frame. I tried calling the front desk over the weekend and no one answered. When I finally reached someone on Saturday night, the receptionist said maintenance would come by, but they never showed up. Also, the smoking area shouldn’t be right in front of the lobby entrance. With that said, we still had fun and enjoyed our stay overall. The breakfast was good, and there are definitely positive aspects to the property. With some updates and attention to service, this could be a great hotel.

Very nice place with kids and dogs. We really enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suite Hotel. The breakfast was wonderful, the service excellent, and everything was very clean. The only thing we didn’t like was the sofa bed – if you need an extra sleeping place, the mattress is very hard and you can feel every bar underneath. The pillows also need to be replaced with firmer ones – next time we’ll probably bring our own. Still, this hotel is definitely recommended! The location is perfect, with parks, cafes, and everything you need just nearby.
