The SF Waterfront Embassy Suites was the best hotel experience I’ve had ever. The view of the San Francisco Bay was breathtaking, and the facilities and staff were top-notch.

Room was good. TV did not work. Restaurant staff is always good and so is the food. Still trying to figure out why I pay $45 to park in an unsecured lot and get to schlep my stuff from the car. What happened to bell service? Would have parked in front to unload but there were buses there with flight crews in the way.

Great Hotel, beautiful place, very clean, room comfortable. The only frustration was the only restaurant/bar at the Hotel, it closed at 6.30pm and there was no any food available to purchase. We had to go out to eat dinner, and when we came back it was not parking space available. Very inconvenient.

My husband and I stayed for one night with our 7 year old granddaughter. Pluses: -The room was great. -The pool was great. -The staff, with one exception, was pleasant and helpful. Considerations: -The movie options are seriously limited. -The quality of the food at Tap and Tavern was questionable, particularly the grilled cheese for kids.

The room I got was large and very comfortable. Once your inside it is peaceful and quiet. The complimentary early breakfast was high quality and their large bar room is nice. But you must go out to the many restaurants in the neighborhood to find high-style dining.
