Overall the property is nice - the breakfast is always amazing and fresh (bacon is not as good as it could be!) The evening reception is great if both people in your party are present. Even if you have 2 people staying in the room but one is not there you cannot use the drink cards which needs to be looked at. My honey was running late and it would have been nice to have his drinks in the room when he got there but I was not allowed to do that. The view of the bay is gorgeous and really nice to be able to open the door and get some fresh air in! My dogs enjoyed it but the puppy had a problem because she's never been in a hotel so it was challenging to get her in the elevator and to walk on the marble - she's learning so it's nice that they allow dogs. Parking fee: this is over the top, the parking lot is not secure and you self park but pay $45 per night. I thought it was included and was told different at check in, we were late and it sounded like they would comp a night but indeed they did not. The rooms could use a little updating but the atrium is gorgeous and so beautifully decorated during the holidays! Overall it was a nice stay just a bit expensive and parking should be a lot less and or included I mean come on there wasn't even security or a gate and no valet option!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back. The pro is definitely the breakfast (compared to other hotels with complimentary breakfast), especially the omelette bar. I wish the restaurant had better food though - it’s very pricey (for what it is) and was not good. The hotel is older but the rooms are huge and comfortable. The cons are the fact that we could not adjust the thermostat so we were very warm and were forced to keep the sliding door open throughout the night. Also the bathrooms are tiny and the water pressure is not the best in shower. Overall, we REALLY enjoyed our stay here and really loved the surrounding area.

got the room to do gifts with my family and then as a gift for my parents to stay- they loved it! they took pics in front of all the christmas decor and loved the breakfast. we might have to do this every year!
