great location, lovely comfortable rooms, free convenient airport shuttle. laundry room, free breakfast with egg station, casual atmosphere, very family oriented, beautiful hotel design. Breakfast selection was not as big as Huntsville nor the staff as attentive. Housekeeping and front desk staff were fabulous. I love Embassy suites and try to always book with them.

I stayed in room 902 the furniture and beds are tired ,the paint was peeling off of the tub when I came out of the shower there was paint chips stuck on the bottom of my feet , there was pink stains on the lip of the tub , the sheer curtains were torn , the area reps need to come in here and inspect this property it’s gone downhill

Was very pleased with our stay here. There are limited dining options I found when you are without transportation, but that’s a personal problem and not in the hotel. We found great food at Max’s which is within walking distance. The hotel was great! I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

They upgraded my room without me understanding. The clerk barely spoke English and ended up charging me almost double. I should have prepaid with Hotels.com. Instead of at the hotel. Feel like I was victim of Bait and Switch.
