Overall Great hotel

Overall it was a very good experience. The hotel is spacious, and the room was large and comfortable. The shuttle bus service was also very punctual. They offer a complimentary breakfast, but it was very crowded so we didn’t end up having it. They also provide complimentary drinks in the afternoon, but service ends at 5:30 pm, so we missed that as well. As a stopover hotel near the airport, it’s an excellent choice — convenient, comfortable, and overall a pleasant stay.

Customer service leaves much to be desired. While the rooms are generally clean, they are not well maintained. There is visible water damage, a musty smell of mildew, and very little ventilation in the space.

Staff was friendly the breakfast is good pool is usually crowded with kids so if your an adult don’t plan on getting in the pool. Rooms need an upgrade furniture is dirty to were you won’t want to sit on carpet is sticky don’t walk barefoot on it. The beds were clean and ocean view is good. Over all they need to upgrade the furniture can’t bring it back to life.
