You can hear every step from the person above you. I was woken up at 1AM on a Tuesday by stomping and didn't sleep at all. The front desk person was no help.

The property was fine for the star rating. The first room we were given did not have working cold water, however the managers switched us to a new room fairly quickly. I was not impressed with the communication prior to our stay. I emailed twice (once through the expedia app, another through the email address provided on the hotel website) asking about early check in, and I did not receive a response to either message. Other than that, the stay was fine.

We stayed for 2-nights while taking our daughter to school. The hot breakfast was a huge plus. The property is well maintained and quiet during the nighttime.

This hotel is cozy. I gave the facility a four star because the carpet in the hallway is dirty and it needs deep cleaning. Otherwise, the room was really comfortable. The staff were friendly. Its good place to stay for a weekend gateway or short couple’s trip. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I will definitely return.

I’ve stayed in very nice and very poor hotels. This wasn’t the best or the worst it fell somewhere in-between. I first noticed that the room was spacious which was nice. Having a kitchen area was nice although we only stayed one night. Some things that I felt were on the poor side was having a tv so far away from the bedroom area, electrical blinds that weren’t plugged in and didn’t work, the cobwebs above the bed, beer bottle caps left out, dead bugs which are to be expected at times, and the fact that I paid and reserved a king bed and got a queen was disappointing. The breakfast was pretty decent for hotel breakfast. The saving grace was hot fresh bacon that showed up when we got there.

I am a frequent visitor of Staybridge Suites and this is the first time that I have been disappointed. The carpet in our room was old, dirty and sticky. When walking barefoot on it, the soles of our feet were black. I'm hoping the renovate soon, but this was unacceptable.
