The property is beautiful, but I requested a rollaway bed a month in advance, a week in advance, and when I first checked in and told I was going to have one. When I got to the room and called to make sure it was coming, housekeeping told me they were out of them.

I recently stayed at The Langham, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The front desk staff greeted me warmly, making check-in quick and easy. My room was luxurious, spotless, and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay. The hotel’s amenities, including the restaurant and spa, were outstanding and truly added to the experience.
