Great customer service. Very accommodating, clean rooms, room is modern and had a beautiful view. Asked to upgrade to a king bed floor 15 and it was a nice luxury room. Been to a few places in the city and I have to say it is my favorite. Right next door we ate there is a restaurant called the heritage. Very nice Italian/European vibe. Solid food for your stay as the food trucks and pizza get old. Try there steak :).

Very nice boutique hotel in a great area. The employees were all exemplary. The 6th floor has an indoor/outdoor bar and lounge area that is really wonderful-will stay here again for sure.

Property is modern and clean and staff are friendly. Rooms are smaller as expected in midtown Manhattan but the hotel is a little more modern than other hotels in the area which makes up for the lack of space.
