Great hotel and location, but here were a few issues that detracted from the stay. One of the elevators was out of service, causing long waits, especially in the mornings. The most significant inconvenience, however, was a leak in the bathroom above the toilet. The hotel sent a maintenance worker to address it, but the issue reappeared the next day, making it difficult to use the bathroom comfortably. Eventually, we were moved to another room that actually resembled the advertised photos, which was much appreciated. The hotel did offer a $75 restaurant credit to make up for the trouble, and aside from the initial issues, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, and most of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. While the service recovery was appreciated, I expected a smoother experience given the premium over other hotels.
