The breakfast buffet was pretty good, and the pool looked cool. Besides that, the rest of the hotel was only ok. There was pretty much no room cleaning service, which I actually usually prefer, but in this case I would have preferred to have my waste can emptied daily since you weren't supposed to throw toilet paper down the toilet (this may be a Buzios-wide limitation). Location was good for me since I had a conference at the nearby conference center, but this place isn't close to the city center of beaches.

Neat design-oriented hotel a short walk to centro
Hotel has modern design and was updated recently, I thought it was cool. However, the rooms are very basic and were loud - these are the only two real complaints. For the price and given the surrounding hotels in the Buzios area, I think this is a great hotel option. Staff was very nice and helpful - we could only speak English or Spanish and there was always someone there to help. Breakfast was good. Close to centro - probably about a 5-8 minute walk, but if you want to walk along the water, it's more like 15 minutes. Pool area is stylish - good hangout area.

Simple but great location.
A beautiful area the location to town was excellent. There are a lot of fabulous restaurants in town. The hotel itself is rustic with very aged rooms. The breakfasts are .good

Great quiet relaxing location
Was very nice and quiet, beautiful grounds, staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was pretty central, but without a car it's a little bit of a walk, but nothing too far.

Room was disapointingly small, but reasonable position in the resort, can walk to new or old town, staff excellent and extremely helpful, swimmingpool is just for lazing in - can't swim in it too small, breakfast very good

great location
It's walking distance from downtown and all the beaches- which is great. it's a quaint little spot and it definitely gets the job done for what you're paying. The room had that moldy/musty feel to it, and there's a lot of outdoor noise but if you can get past that, it's definitely a great stay. There are, however, a ton of other beautiful looking hotels in the area (thats pretty much all there is in buzios), so definitely do your research.

Bom atendimento, precisa de reformas nos quartos
O atendimento de fato é diferenciado, tudo q solicitei foi atendido, entrei e o quarto estava com infiltração na parede do ar condicionado, e fizeram a troca pra um quarto legal na hora. As áreas comuns da pousada são bem legais, pena estarem desgastadas com o tempo. A pousada tem tudo pra ser legal, só tá faltando reformas e cuidado. Mas achei que o custo benefício não vale pq paguei quase 700 reais por um quarto muito simples.

Durante a nossa estadia foi atendido a nossa solicitação para o check-out tardio. Porém a organização do hotel deixou a desejar. Durante café da manhã não havia talheres para consumos dos alimentos. O chuveiro do quarto era péssimo e sem pressão de água, além de muita sujeira nos cantos do box; o ar condicionado não dava vazão para refrigeração do quarto.

A pousada é agradável, porém o café da manhã não tinha funcionários para limpar as mesas para o próximo hóspede , não tinha copos e talheres suficientes tinha que aguardar, funcionários mal humorados e não tinha reposição de vários itens e pouca variedade... O pessoal da recepção muito educado e solícito.

Atendimento no bar e quarto Pessimo. Comida e bebidas caras e ruins. Estrutura da piscina suja, sendo limpa a tarde, pela manha usa-se a piscina com latas de cerveja e suja de folha do dia anterior. Chuveiro ruim, nao esquente e pouca agua. Cama confortável e ar condicionado funciona. Localização boa. Nao voltaria a me hospedar pelo preco
