This light filled and spacious first floor apartment features air conditioning, a full size kitchen, three generous bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The first level has two bedrooms, one bedroom containing a queen size bed and the second containing two long single beds. You will find the main bathroom on this level, featuring a luxurious spa bath encircled by louvered windows revealing a fantastically leafy and tropical aspect.

On the upper level you will find the master bedroom upon a mezzanine level with a king size bed, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom. A secluded hideaway wonderful for those looking for an extra touch of privacy.

The apartment's open space kitchen, dining, and lounge area opens out onto a north facing covered verandah overlooking the sparkling pool and surrounded by beautifully manicured gardens. An ideal spot to unwind with family after a long day in the surf and sand. The apartment is located approximately 800 metres to Clarkes Beach through a natural reserve and about 1km into town centre. There is a highchair available for use if needed.

Spacious unit but noisy neighbour
They don't build units as spacious as this one any more and in a position that should have been quite but the guy in the building next door was noisy and liked to play his guitar and sing and talk loudly after midnight which was annoying
