Excellent resort. Beautiful property, great food. However the crowds at the pools and restaurants can be very large and the wait can be long. Sometimes it takes 30-40 min to get a drink or to get your food order taken. Get to the pools early as almost all pools will be full (chairs) by lunch time. The golf cart system is also a bit wanting but tolerable. It’s great for a family vacation, but if you’re looking for quiet and relaxing this is not the place.

Like: Property did not let anyone go in the beach water. There were guards. Hardly folks came to the beach. Many days I found parts of the beach exclusive to me. No Vendor, no crowd -really peaceful. Similarly within the huge resort too it was secure, clean and pretty. Didn't see any nuisance in the 2 week stay. Dislike: Hardly any fine Dinning options. There was no concept of 'service'. Long lines.. whenever they didn't want to cater to us they seemed to use the code word - 'it will take us 40 minutes to make Latte'; 'It will take us 40 minutes to get a table'. It meant go away.. They didn't allow uber inside the complex but could not manage to get us a taxi for 40 minutes. We were in the taxi line with no updates. We didn't miss our outing by couple of seconds. One day they didn't let us in the gym as they said it was crowded but we had seen twice the crowd several times. I had inquired about tennis court before leaving. I didn't get any response besides you will book from spa. It turned out ridiculous to rent it. I would have definitely gone with another resort. The way swimming is priority for some.. tennis is for us. I thought it will be 10-20$..nope.

I did not receive any of my VIP perks at this hotel. Our water in shower stopped working. You have to wait for golf carts to drive you anywhere. But it is beautiful properties just run down rooms. It is partial all inclusive and partial not- very inconvenient

Pros staff work extremely hard and aim to please. Giovani was great at making sure we had a seamless room upgrade and Ivan, Christian and Manuel, were incredible - great energy and kept us busy and active at the pool and beach. Cons as usual there are people who wake at dawn just to put multiple towels on the limited number of pool chairs and then disappear for hours. There are several pools but this was a regular occurrence at each and resulted in daily towel shortages, frustration for those who simply wanted to enjoy their holiday with a pool chair, and stress for the staff who were just trying to please everyone and avoid conflict. This is our second visit to this property and it was the same 2 years ago. May I suggest you simply add more lounge chairs or seating areas at each pool or implement a towel/chair service as many other 4 properties do. Particularly when there is a wedding or special event that increases demand or shuts an area off without notice. There is also a push for the time share so if you can tolerate the pitch meeting, will enjoy extra privileges for your stay (incl “elite” pool chairs. Last, since the property is quite remote and requires a shuttle/taxi to visit town it would be nice to have some occasional onsite entertainment options, live music, dancing, something for teens. While the food and beverages are excellent, once you have dined, there is nothing else to do in the evening. Overall it is a lovely property and the staff are wonderful.

Its not a true all inclusive. The restaurants that are included aren't very good and everything is a surcharge. We paid almost $200 USD nye for a bottle of champagne. A monster drink was $20 USD. The market has a cafe which has Frappuccino at a surcharge of $8 USD. Plus more! You also can't swim in the ocean because the waves are so strong. There are signs and lifeguards so you can't get too close. The main pool and sky pool were always packed, we never got to just them. Every time you sit at a restaurant or order a drink you have to scan your bracelet as well. They have to show you your bill is $0 or how much you're paying for whatever you ordered. It's not like other resorts where you show up to eat, grab a table, eat, leave your tip for your server on the table and leave. We were in a junior suite and the view was beautiful but the extra costs, uncomfortable bed and pillows etc. were not worth it at all.

We just came back from our trip with our two kids 3 and 6 yrs old. Overall the experience was very positive. Positives: - Property is super clean and the food options were great. We rarely had any food that didn’t taste great. - Kids pool was fun and the food options for the kids were great - Many pools to chose from and they are all nice - The beach was a great bonus that we didn’t expect. Although you can’t swim, the sand is just beautiful REALLY! And the kids played there every morning after breakfast. Negatives: - Many people jump on you when you arrive to sell you on their timeshare options. If it is your thing then just go with it, otherwise as for us, we just kept saying no until we escaped. After the first day we didn’t encounter any of it. - The shampoo, soap, conditioner, etc is a motel 6 quality or worse. We had to get better quality stuff from the gift shop. But honestly, everything in the property is 5 star quality expect for this stuff which is less than 1 star. I hope they fix it. Otherwise the all inclusive is really good and highly recommended

Love the way the property is built. It seems like from every room you have a view of ocean. Loved the inclusive concept. However, the quantity of the food might be in small portion in few restaurants. Otherwise, loved their skypool area. Overall, it a well maintained beautiful property.

Nice place but strictly by the book, had a flight at 6:30pm and they wouldn’t give me a late check out after staying for a week and wanted to charge me for an extra night to just stay for an extra couple of hours even though resort wasn’t close to full and didn’t need my room.
