The rejuvenated rooms with a mountain room was excellent and staff were very nice. Only thing was the pool, half of it was under reconstruction so couldn’t be used.

Good overall, not amazing Pros: Great location, decor, bar and restaurant. Hot tub was alright and the gym is decent. Balcony had an amazing view. Cons: No sauna (even though it’s advertised), pool needs major repairs (one of two pools open, plus pool bar was closed), and discovered mold on the bathroom floor (we were in room 719). Really a 4 star hotel, some repairs and renovations can bring it up to par.

Our room was very nice, clean and spacious. Bed was really comfortable. I loved the elegant look of the lobby. Breakfast was delicious and food selection was great too. The location of the hotel is excellent. Good restaurants, shops and the wharf is in walking distance. The only problem was that the pool area was closed for maintenance for 5 days during our stay. It was disappointing however, we were allowed to use the pool of the other Pullman Hotel across the road.

I was very surprised to see how run down the pool and pool area was. The pool had big leakage stains and a lot of tiles missing.. the decking was almost dangerous in areas. Also my room needed a good makeover, the furniture was hammered, the carpet clean but stained. I think any rooms above a certain level were completely untouched and let go.
