We arrived from airport at 3am.
The reception told us that the only available room is a twin bedroom although I booked a double room and paid for it .
As We're really exhausted we accepted, when we reached the room I uncovered the two beds and found that the bed sheets weren't changed so I called and informed the reception, he said will send the house keeping to replace them , then he suggested to take a different room, it was alrady 3.30 am
So we accepted and the luggage taken to the second room, unfortunately when checking the bed sheets they were worse than the 1st. So I called again and he suggested a 3rd room in the new building, in fact we and the luggage were transferred it was already 4am. ,there one of the two beds needed change of sheet. We're finally able to sleep at 4.30 am.
Next morning we discovered that the bathroom sink was obstructed and the room safe wasn't working.
After informing the reception We're able to get only the sink repaired but the safe ignored.
We stayed for two nights and checked out , nobody from the hotel reception or administration got in contact with us.
