Was given a Queen 2 Singles, Did get changed to what i had booked...but for an executive apartment was very compact, no window in the second bedroom, not a serviced apartment as advertised, limited toiletries and could have done with a thorough clean.

The property was ok. There were multiple things broken in the property. The photos on the website do not reflect what we got. The shower provided luke warm water at best. We stayed for 6 nights, a family of 4 and were provided with 2 rolls of toilet paper. I understand our booking was not serviced but we had to purchase our own cleaning products as none were supplied. Location good, close to shops and public transport. Overall mediocre.

Facilities on level 7 were amazing pool gym and tennis courts. Kitchen in our apartment had issues. Stovetop didn’t work and carpet very worn inside. Beds a little old too.

Dirty, smelly, small and rundown. Looked like the place had been flooded and dried out with no repairs done. To pay money to stay in room that was in so bad a condition is theft.

Didn’t bring tells when requested, despite being told there is car park available, we arrived and were told no car park available. The tea towel in the kitchen absolutely stank so clearly not been washed in a while. Near to queen vic market which is nice when it’s open, otherwise not much close by.
