Tired room, noisy hotel
The staff are kind, efficient check in. However I was told the I was to be ‘upgraded’ but I was given a standard room as booked. The room was old and needs renovation. Many plug sockets don’t work, the bathroom is old and not clean, the TV didn’t work. Groups arriving with the staff at 2am were very loud in the corridor. I had to go out and ask the staff to keep control of the guests.

Secluded jewel by the airport
We arrived to the hotel after 23 hours of flights and layovers and we were exhausted. At check in we were directed to sit down and I was groaning inside because normally that means they are going to try and get you to buy something, or worse, sit through a time share presentation. But no! They just wanted to make us more comfortable (we must have looked as tired as we were). They did upgrade us, for free and with no conditions, and the entire process took maybe 5 minutes. The staff were extremely attentive and we didn't touch our bags once from taxi to room. The room was spacious and squeaky clean. The water pressure was amazing and the beds were so comfortable. We only had scheduled to stay one night before our 10-day Egypt excursion, but it was so wonderful that we cancelled our other hotel reservation for our last night in Egypt and returned to Le Passage after our adventure was complete. We felt very safe and secure inside the hotel grounds and everyone was super nice and it's a quick ride to the airport on the free shuttle.

Très bel hotel
Magnifique hotel situé à proximité de l'aéroport international du Caire (nous y sommes allés à pied à l'aller). La chambre est grande , fonctionnelle, dispose d'un plateau de courtoisie +++ (gateaux , fruits, eau) Le personnel est compétent et très gentil. Une navette gratuite (toutes les 1/2h) est disponible pour aler à l'aéroport

I traveled with my family, he had been in this location several times. It is very nice to see that they are improving the rooms to a most modern style. The people on front desk were very helpful, proactive and professional. I really recommend it. Observation: let know the hotel your arrival time, it will be helpful for the shuttle.

Everything is perfect about this hôtel. May be the price is a bit too high. Location is perfect flr the airport or for an event. They have a supernice pool, so very few people use it because it is too cold at this time of the year (november). Heated pool would be great.

This was a really nice resort. There were many tourists, which made us feel safe. Very close to the airport and the shower was amazing. Wish we stayed more than just a night.
