No geral ok pelo valor das diárias, mas tivemos sérios problemas com a limpeza do quarto ... Em 6 diárias tivemos apenas 1limpeza de quarto, pq falei mais de 3x na recepção. Lixo ficou transbordando, toalhas molhadas então nesse quesito foi bem ruim , nós demais pontos , tudo ok.

No geral excelente. O único ponto negativo foi o restaurante. Falta de alimentos e demora para repor. Falta de louça para se servir. opções limitadas no café da manhã. O jantar era um pouco melhor.

Café da manhã piorou muito,minha esposa grávida não tinha um omelete e o cefe de cozinha nem cogitou em atender a demanda, recepção marca check in as 14:00 até as 14:20 não tinha liberado meu quarto mas já tinha feito a cobrança dei valor, no espaço infantil muito lodo e escorregadio perigo total para as crianças minha esposa falou com segurança não adiantou, falou na Recpcao acho Que limparam mais ou menos mesmo assim ainda escorregava bastante. Resumo desta vez não tive uma experiência boa não

Somente recepcionista solícita, limpeza das piscinas deixa a desejar, a piscina coberta suja, os vidros da piscina só a crosta de sujeira, café da manhã mto fraco, não tinha nem um tipo de suco, pão francês dormido e muita mosca em cima dos frios que são servidos expostos mesmo, sem opção de nem uma telinha para cobrir. Os pontos positivos pra mim, foi a cortesia para o clube Lagoa Quente, que estava no valor da diária, o chuveiro bom e a limpeza do quarto que foi relativamente boa.

Fui muito bom.e muito tranquilo, graças eu ter feito troca por quarto 2 quartos. O que foi reservado não servia pra 1 casal e 1 maica solteira e 1 rapaz solteiro. Mas a acomodação pra 3 pessoa no apto de 1 quarto fica bem acomodados

Check-in sofrível. Foram 40 minutos na fila. Água da piscina infantil tão quente que crianças nao brincavam. Meu filho se queimou. Café da manhã razoável. Preco muito acima da media da região. Nao vale o custo.
