Nice hotel - weird policy regarding snacks
Second time we stay here to come to a concert. Great hotel. Friendly staff and nice casino. Our stays have both been for just one night. One very odd thing this last time is that the snacks and drinks they offer are on a time sensitive platform and if you remove them (for a certain amt of time) it charges your room for that item. The front desk person told me that is explained if you scan the QR code to get prices. Well we didn’t catch that but by then we had already removed items!! What a silly way to charge can’t they just charge what housekeeping says we used? Now I have to wait for my receipt to make sure we weren’t charged for the items we “touched” but didn’t open
