I stayed at this hotel before this is the reason why I chose it. They gave me a room with no windows I called the reception to req another room as I get claustrophobic, front desk clerk made me go downstairs with my luggage to pick up the key and said I should tell them that I get claustrophobic, which I responded : how can I know you have rooms with no windows. The shower had long black hair (not mine, I am blond). The light in the closet did not work, I reported it but they did not fix it

Great location and staff was very helpful but the shower leaked water to the outside so the bathroom was kind of a mess. Another area of improvement could be putting power outlets near the desk so I can connect my laptop.
