Hotel only had 1 person working check-in with long lines. Once room key was received, key card didn't work shortly afterwards. The room had no blankets in it and I looked everywhere, so had to sleep under the sheet. 2 little pillows, not comfortable at all. Bed in bedroom was less than 1 foot from the dresser so I had to roll over the bed to get to the bathroom or to leave the room. Not enough soap in the bathroom and no lotion. No room service so had to sleep on same dirty sheets and pillows and use the same towels.Definitely not up to par for a locals casino/hotel or just a hotel overall for the price.

Car window smashed
Woke up to my back window of my car was completely smashed in at hotekl parking lot. Hot tub was out of order. No blankets supplied, just sheets, even after reoeated requests.

This is definitely not even a 3* facility anymore. We tried calling the main desk for housekeeping services for several issues (clogged toilets, make up room, etc.) because housekeeping was closed when we returned to our room for the day. They assured us the services would be done, but they weren't until we directly informed a maintenance person working on another room, and were in the room when housekeeping was open to call them directly. The room was in poor repair, too.One electric socket had no cover and was pushed into the wall, the grill was ajar from the air vent, the bath area fan grill was off & the fan didn't work, and there was even mold on the bath wall. Also the in room iron was missing and one of the 2 TVs was disconnected. Having said the above, the room was clean, the actual service people were polite, prompt and working hard to please. The food in the restaurant on site was decent and the staff there excellent. But I would not recommend staying there.

Not good
Place is old and run down. Not very clean. Beds are hard as rocks. No blankets. No microwave. No pool . No hot tub. No ice. Homeless wandering the property all the time. Stains on couches and the carpet. Door security lock was broken. You can see light under the door. Carpet torn. Out dated bathroom fixtures that didn’t work. If you want cheap and have no standards it’s not bad. Otherwise pay a little more and stay somewhere else. The whole place smells of cigarettes, don’t bring kids here. Staff were nice they helped us find a room that was somewhat clean and had a softer bed, but it was still hard. We checked out a day early couldn’t stand it any more. Spent most of our time at boulder station and other properties that were way nicer. Honestly this property should be torn down and start over. But you get what you pay for so keep that in mind. You pay 44 a night you get a 44 a night experience. Good luck.

Not bad for 1 night stay. Clean spacious room; towels, bed sheets, pillows no stains, not far from the freeway; stores, gas station nearby. Just dont like the annoying sound of pipe banging almost every few minutes. The rooms are not in the Casino. Theyre separated. You have to walk for a few minutes from the room building you are staying in to the Casino. Overall it is all good.
