What a DUMP!
This was a horrible experience! The hotel is run down, no blanket or comforters on the beds, the toilets constantly running, ragged floors, no screens on the windows, just awful. 1 face towel for 4 guests! Some lights didn’t work, the bathroom sink stayed stopped up! TV was busted and they charged over $1900 for two rooms which is ridiculous for this place. Not to mention the homeless people on the property! Hotels,com you need to remove this dump from your hotel options.

After 4 days, I had to go in search of a housekeeping person to take my trash and to give me towels. This property hasn't been updated in several decades and is just disgusting. I was there on business and my room was serviced twice... sheets changed once in over a week and I got towels twice in one week and I had to beg for them both times. There are many many other choices in the area that would work better the next time I visit.

Arizona Charlie's Boulder is not a hotel to be taken lightly; rather it is a hotel that should be thrown aside with great force. The only positive thing I can say about this property is that there was hot water. The staff was amazingly gracious about letting me check out early as I headed off to another property.

We had a reservation for a deluxe suite. (KING, QUEEN AND SOFA) Upon arrival we checked in and were told it was the last room they had available and was not what we reserved. It was a standard with just 2 double beds. We are traveling with a party of 5. My husband ended up sleeping on the floor because there was not enough beds for all 5 of us. The hotel did refund us a small portion for the 1 night and were able to accomidate changing rooms the 2nd night of our stay. Upon getting into the 2nd room we found mens underwear under the bed of the "freshly cleaned room" The rooms are find for the price, it is an old hotel attached to a casino...the staff was great and very accomidating as much as they can be. The biggest frustration is having a reservation and having that reaervation not held as agreed upon at booking. And the previous occupents undies being missed when cleaning up by house keeping. Eewww.
