Staff was friendly and professional but had a little difficulty understanding my question and providing answers. The room was partially updated but very very poorly done!! The room was not cleaned well either with spider webs floor to ceiling behind the dirty stained chair in the corner of the room. Refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker were convenient but also not cleaned very well.

WORST hotel I've checked into
Walked into check in, rude staff. Went to my non smoking room to find cigarette burns and holes in the walls. Room was not clean and was honestly very disgusting.

This hotel is most dirtiest hotel in Maryland. You better sleep on the street instead of spending money on this Hotel. It has dirtiest bathroom. It has dirtiest carpet. It has dirtiest stinky room with dirtiest window and broken furniture. I wish I can upload pictures. I took a lot of pictures so you can see this hotel. This hotel does not even worth $10 per night.

It was comfortable enough comparatively speaking to surrounding area hotels. The window was so messed up you couldn’t see through it. The floors around hotel are obviously old and could use tender loving care.Water is hard.. Parking was hard but at least it was free. All in all for the price I will return because the location is perfect to visit my mom at Riderwood.
