Acesso ao estacionamento por fora do hotel, única coisa que deixou a desejar, poderia ter um acesso por dentro do hotel sem precisar dar a volta, se pegar um dia de chuva vai molhar bastante

O hotel tem uma excelente localização, o atendimento excelente, café da manhã mediando, mas nos atendeu bem.Só a estrutura do local que é muito antiga.O chuveiro é bom e a cama e rouparia bons.Vale a pena pela excelente localização, bem no centrinho de Capivari.

O hotel é 2 estrelas, porém cobra diária de 4 estrelas. Julho é alta em Campos, mesmo assim o custo da diária não condiz com o que o hotel oferece. O quarto 1019, por respeito aos clientes, nem deveria existir. Ao lado da recepção, no pé da escada, na porta de entrada do hotel. Impossível descansar. Dorme no máximo de meia-noite às 06h00min. Quarto pequeno p um casal. Limpeza é mto boa. Apesar do prédio antigo, não tem mal cheiro. Alérgicos como eu, podem ir sem medo.localização, a melhor de Campos, ao lado da Vila e estacionamento gratuito são os pontos positivos. Café da manhã, apesarr de não variar, é um bom café. Recomendo quem puder, se hospedar no Estoril, da mesma rede, vizinho ao Bologna, é um hotel mto bom. Principalmente os quartos premium.

Foi maravilhosa a nosss estadia os funcionários desde da recepção até a faxineira são nota mil . Café da manhã maravilhoso , quarto super limpos,Eu super recomendo Hotéis ponto com custo benefício maravilhoso .
