Hotel com excelente custo benefício.
O hotel está passando por uma grande reforma, mas é incrível que, mesmo assim, os hóspedes não são impactados. Um café da manhã bom, na média. Uma localização EXCELENTE, na rua principal do centrinho da Vila Capivari, o que nos deixou muito mais confortáveis pra sair e beber, sem precisar se preocupar em dirigir depois. Os quartos, apesar de antigos, são extremamente confortáveis, desde a cama, passando pelo travesseiro e cobertores. Muito limpos. Um chuveiro incrível, com bastante pressão. Agora, vale um destaque mais que especial para o atendimento. TODOS os recepcionistas mega atenciosos, dispostos a te atender da melhor forma. Um hotel simples, porém, que vale muito pela localização e atendimento, que são perfeitos. Quando voltar pra Campos, o Bologna será minha primeira escolha, sempre.

O hotel é 2 estrelas, porém cobra diária de 4 estrelas. Julho é alta em Campos, mesmo assim o custo da diária não condiz com o que o hotel oferece. O quarto 1019, por respeito aos clientes, nem deveria existir. Ao lado da recepção, no pé da escada, na porta de entrada do hotel. Impossível descansar. Dorme no máximo de meia-noite às 06h00min. Quarto pequeno p um casal. Limpeza é mto boa. Apesar do prédio antigo, não tem mal cheiro. Alérgicos como eu, podem ir sem medo.localização, a melhor de Campos, ao lado da Vila e estacionamento gratuito são os pontos positivos. Café da manhã, apesarr de não variar, é um bom café. Recomendo quem puder, se hospedar no Estoril, da mesma rede, vizinho ao Bologna, é um hotel mto bom. Principalmente os quartos premium.
