Ovolo Nishi offers well appointed rooms with very comfortable beds and attractive decor. Unfortunately the Original Sun room I was allocated was just above a highway and noisy for all but 5 hours, impacting my sleep quality. Coffee and teas provided, and room service available. There is a restaurant in the building.

It was nice but I expected more. The bed was very uncomfortable. The buffet breakfast wasn’t that great. And I found some of the staff not that friendly. The gentlemen who checked me out was lovely. The overall hotel was nice. The food was good. And the electric blackout blinds were cool.

Overall a great property. Rooms are very comfortable and staff are wonderful. Only suggestions for improvement would be removal of rubbish during the room clean and perhaps better options for those seeking more than vegetarian food (as the onsite restaurant is vegetarian) Will certainly be back
