Very pretty setting and just needing to update their property. The beds were very old/bad and the air smells of sulphur gas mostly at night as there are natural thermal areas around.

This resort was a nice escape from busy Taupo! Loved the outdoor pool plus jacuzzies. Staff were awesome and the steak was delicious

This is a wannabe 5 star hotel. Rooms large grounds nice. Food choices unacceptably limited. If you want coffee you need to go to the gas station across the street. Ditto for lunch. No USB ports in room.

Stayed one night so was only after a bed. Interior was a little dated (was in the 400 section) and needs new carpet and some paint. Shower was good and the hot pool was excellent. Super friendly staff
