Great hotel that lives up to its reputation in this niche market. The facilities are great and the fact that there is now a lively pool and a quiet pool is a brilliant addition. The rooms are well looked after. Some people say they are tired, but this is a little harsh. They have everything you need and the main thing is the bed is comfortable! The thing that makes this place really great though are the staff. They are friendly, helpful, welcoming, and can’t do enough to make this unique experience as special as possible. Elizabeth at the coffee bar was just one example of the great service delivered.

This resort is magnificent. Every detail is perfect. The staff are incredible. The spa is fabulous. The new coffee bar is wonderful and Roger is a true professional. Eduardo manages the quiet pool bar and is an outstanding bar tender as well as the rest of the staff. They go out of their way to make your vacation top notch. The playmakers are so beautiful, warm, friendly and outstanding entertainers. We can’t wait to get back to this amazing resort.

This was a fantastic resort, much higher end than we expected. The Playmakers, Babi, Jessica, and others made the experience so much fun. We can't imagine going anywhere else in the Cancun area now.

Other than Eden, the resort must be 30-40 years old and it really shows in all the old rooms. $500 USD for a room that feels like a highway side motel room is not what I expected from a place like this.
