I have mixed feelings about this hotel. Positively, the property is in good shape, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the value for money is good. What I don’t like is the service, which is odd for hotels in Mexico. They aren’t helpful at the front desk and their airport shuttle pickup service is basically non-existent. We reserved pickup and were delayed leaving the terminal and the shuttle just took off. Then, no one answered the phone at the front desk and so we were stuck taking the VERY expensive airport taxi to the hotel. Nice…

Room was ok, go elsewhere for good service.
The room was just ok. We stayed there just to be close to the airport and to provide a shuttle to the airport and with that they delivered. The check in process was pretty aweful. The supervisor checked us in and was severly lacking customer service skills. He was short and rude thoughout the check in experience and provided us with no information that is usually provided during check in ie. Pool hours, wifi info, directions to the room. When i asked how to get to the room he merely pointed at the elevator. He seemed to be bothered by us waiting in line while he chit chatted with his coworkers and a line of customers ensued. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that provide the same services, i would go there

Great place for a short stay
My partner and I stayed in the hotel one night and it was great. The shuttle service from the airport came really fast and everything was smooth and easy ! The staffs are all really friendly and easy to talk to.

The room was clean and nice. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were all very nice. The only issue was the transportation from the airport took a long time. We waited for almost an hour for the shuttle. I would recommend calling sooner than they say in their messages about it.
