I recently stayed at the Gran Oasis Cancún, and it was, by far, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. **1. Food:** The food quality was incredibly poor. The meals were bland, lacked variety, and often seemed stale or overcooked. This is unacceptable, especially at a resort that markets itself as an all-inclusive. **2. Customer Service:** The customer service was shockingly bad. Staff were often rude, unhelpful, and seemed indifferent to guests' needs. Any attempts to address concerns were met with dismissiveness or complete inaction. **3. Cleanliness:** The resort is in desperate need of cleaning and renovation. My room was dirty, outdated, and poorly maintained. There were **roaches in the shower** and **mold everywhere**, making the space feel unsafe and unhealthy. **4. General Condition of the Hotel:** The entire hotel feels run-down and neglected. Common areas were not properly maintained, and the overall atmosphere was far from the relaxing, clean environment you’d expect from a resort in Cancún. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. For the price paid, you expect a decent level of service and quality. Sadly, the Gran Oasis Cancún failed miserably in both. Save your money and go somewhere else!

DO NOT BOOK HERE- what a joke for all inclusive - they had ONE bar open waited in line behind 20 people finally to get drinks which tasted bad , they had us wait 45 minutes in line for breakfast buffet that had NO FOOD and many of the restaurants were closed . All in all you’re way better off spending a little more money staying somewhere else & the beach had a lot of rocks

The hotel was nothing as we expected. We received such a poor treatment from the very first moment we stepped in their facilities. They do not let Uber or any taxi go further security to pick you up, you have to walk to the avenue (which is a long distance and its not safe at night) I complained through Expedia and they tried to emend the horrible customer experience that we went through. But nothing was worth this horrible experience. I definitely do not recommend. We Went for a bachelorette party and we left with the premise that we will never come back to this place.

I hate this property. I paid 178.00 extra per person for a grand ocean view. When we arrived to check in we were referred to a woman trying to get us to go to a presentation for 90 mins. I could barely see the ocean. The room was passed dated. The balcony was in desperate need of a paint job. The bathroom was from the 60’s. The hallway needed updating. Let’s see we’re I should start. My husband an I are early morning people we had to wait 9:09 am to get towels to go to the beach. I walk into one of the inclusive restaurants for breakfast to find dinner foods like stew chicken and chicken nuggets. I asked if they had bacon they said they don’t serve bacon or pancakes for breakfast. The juice and ALL THE DRINKS WERE WATERED DOWN. So we had to pay 24 dollars person to have a decent breakfast. We go to the presentation they show us the other side of the hotel that was decent. The Cobanas mattresses were worn and the linen was dirty. The beach is not cleaned in the morning so it was full of branches and debre from I don’t know where. I cut my toe on something in the sand so I had to limp around the resort is huge so that was so annoying. I did like the steak house with the 3 potatoes and the half of a half of piece of corn on the cob. I complained to the front desk. I also complained at the presentation the man said because I booked thru EXPEDIA there was nothing they could I needed to speak with EXPEDIA A VERY Unsatisfied CUSTOMER I WILL NEVER BOOK THRU EXPIDA AGAIN

Our stay at this resort has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I’m shocked that this place is still in business. I’m writing this to save others from the horrendous experience we’ve had. Where do I even begin? The sight of cockroaches crawling around the elevator button was enough to make me sick. When I reported it, I was told they would "pass it to customer service." As if an empty apology and a shrug could possibly make up for it. It's insulting how little they care. The issues didn’t stop there. The toilets and showers in our room were constantly blocked, and the fans in the bathroom didn’t work at all, making the whole place feel disgusting and unsanitary. Every single day, I complained to the front desk, and every day, they took no urgency to fix it. Let’s talk about the fridge, which was supposed to be stocked—it wasn’t. After several requests, nothing was done. The staff simply didn’t care, and the management couldn’t be bothered to address any of the issues. We were treated as if our complaints were an inconvenience to them, rather than legitimate concerns from paying customers. This place is not family-friendly in the slightest. It’s filthy, poorly managed, and the staff's indifference to guests' problems is appalling. I’ve spent thousands of dollars on this vacation, and all I’ve gotten in return is frustration and disappointment. Expedia, you need to do better. It’s disgraceful that this resort is even an option on your platform. Read the reviews

There’s mold on the ceiling. I can attach pictures if needed. No room service. Called many times but they pick up, leave the phone on the side, but don’t ever answer. I waited 45 mins on hold at 11pm. No answer. Towels were not replaced after the third day, I started for 5 days. Not a good experience.
