I reserved a two bed room since i was going with my daughter, but i was given a one bed room. I called to ask and i was told there was no room available that as soon as one was available i would get changed. That never happened; i was never called back nor told anyhting about getting another room. Restaurants were always full was never able to get a reservation and the staff are very rude. We were at a restaurant waiting, for 1 hour, and the waiter was very rude. She came out saying that she only had a table for 4 people if we took it or left it. We questioned when were the others going to be seated and she just walked off. At that moment we did speak to the manager.

Only one small elevator working, I stayed for 5 days and my room was cleaned once. Had to keep getting clean wash clothes and towels from housekeeping. Wall was cracking, patio door was off track and hard to slide open!

This place has it all! Beautiful clean beachfront on a private beach so no solicitors, all-inclusive food and drinks including call liquors, gym, activities, and entertainment. No need to leave hotel unless you want to. You can arrange for tours and excursions at the hotel and there is a 24-hour taxi service available. Safe, friendly, laid back atmosphere

This is definitely not an all inclusive experience. There is much improvement that must be done in the future to enhance the experience of their guests. Be aware of scams and expensive packages constantly being offered during the stay.

The overall experience was good. If you ask me to rate it from 0-10 I would say 7. I liked the beach, the water was beautiful even though it had a lot of waves. I would give it a 9. The building was old. Not as clean as I would like it to be. So I will give it a 2. The servicing staff members were great people! Always willing to help and serve with humbleness. I give them a 10. The food options were limited. Only the buffet had some options. I give buffet an 8 and the other options a 6. If you ask me would you go again to this resort I would say maybe.

Esta fue mi segunda estancia en este hotel, la primera vez fue increíble y el personal excelente, les cuento de mi segunda temporada en este Hotel, lo primero es que quien nos recibió fue muy amable, pero quien nos registró de entrada fue una persona muy descortés y con mala actitud imaginen que esta segunda vez en el hotel había recomendado a una pareja de amigos y que decepción, lo primero fue que el todo incluido que me vendieron no fue así me entregaron una pulsera azul con muchas limitaciones y la que era todo incluido es una negra, solicitamos que por favor nos enviaran lo más cerca posible y quien nos recibió nos dijo que no se podía y que no había más habitaciones, luego nos aborda una vendedora de paquetes la cual fue muy amable y nos ofreció un sinnúmero de ofertas las cuales no nos interesaron y concierto que si una persona va por pocos días no deberían abordar, pero de todas forma ella fue muy gentil y amable (ella es una bracileńa ) excelente persona, lamentable no recuerdo su nombre, luego decidimos hacer una actualización de la pulsera de la azul a la negra que pagamos unos $ 32.00 dólares por día por persona y pasamos de la azul a la negra esta si tenia los beneficios del todo incluido a excepción de 2 o 3 bares que tenían bebidas internacionales, ya con la actualización de las pulseras entonces por arte de magia aparecieron en el mismo edificio dos habitaciones en la mismo piso, pero el edificio no está en buenas condiciones, edificio pulsera azul, no volveré

The hotel needs to be shutdown and reconstructed from the rooms to the service and the staff. First time I stay as a last minute option would never go back. Rooms old and linens over washed and dingy Shower stalls rusted No dresser or drawers Tv on and no remote. I called 6 times to get a remote and never received it Chairs in the room rusted and dirty Balcony door stuck couldn’t open it. Food was terrible. Wait staff do minimal work and are not helpful

My stay was 11-14-24 to 11-18-24 The staff very friendly. This hotel room is hot, humid and I couldn’t sleep well. They only caterers to Mexican's. I thought all exclusive hotels should have food options that is for all nationalities, food is not good. Only the burgers and fries was the best option in my opinion. The beach was beautiful. I would only suggest that place to my Mexican friends.

This place was a DUMP! Everyone we spoke to were complaining. We had to switch rooms because it was so bad. The second room was horrible! After 3 refrigerators not working and multiple complaints we just gave up. Broken windows in the skylights in the main lobby. If it rained the shows were cancelled. Horrible food. If you tried getting into one of the “all inclusive”restaurants you were turned away because they “weren’t taking anymore tables” the buffet was nasty. There were extremely long waits just to get a soda (25 minutes) the staff were rude. We tried exchanging our pool towels for 3 days and they were always out. We had to track down maid service to get new towels for the room, toilet paper, or water. Room service was advertised, but it didn’t exist. Check in time was supposed to be 3:00. Our room STILL wasn’t ready at 4:00. The in room safe costs extra. They tried to get us to take a tour to buy a timeshare. We declined because of the condition of the property. We could not get into the show at the Kinky place. We could not get into the sports bar because the wait was too long. We ended up leaving the “all inclusive” resort and going to a different restaurant 2 separate times because the food was so horrible. We ordered Dominos pizza another night, and bought a FOURTEEN DOLLAR bag of chips from the gift shop. Needless to say, we will never be going back in our lifetime, or recommending the resort to any of our friends or family members.

I’ve been to Mexico 4 times to different hotels and I can say for sure that this resort is the worse by far, felt unsafe due to a lot of locals, bathrooms with bad smell and entertainment is terrible, after 12:00 go to sleep because there is nothing open to have a drink but even if you do, the drinks are horrible, sure resorts use cheap liquor but most know how to mix even with cheap liquor, if you do want a nice drink the. You have to pay! If you booked and have a blue bracelet they will try to make you upgrade because the blue bracelet has 8 restaurants available but the black bracelet has 40 but most are booked, please scroll a lil more and spend 2-300 hundred more as go somewhere else!

I was very disappointed with this resort. From check in to check out. To start the greeting was very unenthusiastic. Later the staff was very uninformed and dismissive. It was not welcoming to say the least. I how things would get better, unfortunately it did not. Food was unflavored, with the exception of the placita, ehich was decent for fast food. Overall, horrible experience. Would not recommend to amyone!
