This property has an amazing beach view which simply can't be beat. Our room was 50 feet from the beach and another 100 feet to the water. The fact they have their own little beach club section simply can't be beat.
The staff was amazing. Every single person we met in reception went out of their way to help us with the door every time my wife and I came and went with her wheelchair. The maids and other staff were equally kind and fantastic.
The rooms themselves are a little long in the tooth. They're definitely kept very clean, but the towels, furniture, and linens are showing their age.
The biggest drawback for us was that the road out front is pretty much non-existant. It may have been paved at one time, but it's been many years since then and it's fully off potholes, dips, and soft sand. Which made it almost impossible to get through with a wheelchair.
Overall a cute little hotel with an amazing location and great prices.
La falta mucho mantenimiento, se ce muy viejo y descuidado el hotel. En el cuarto la caja de seguridad no funciona, habitaciones muy sencillas. El.club de playa mejor, ahi la comida y servicio bien.
Pool was as others mentioned, unkept. But the ocean was beautiful.
One sheet on the bed. No other covers. Weird! Tiny noisy fridge. No ice.
Great location but too many constant beach vendors for me as you’re right in the town centre.
CAT FISHED!! ALL of the pictures are not what you get!! Cold showers, 2 sheet for bedding, 2 old towels. OLD OLD building, mold and septic smells and water leaking down old air conditioning unit. Maybe a motel?? No dryers. I’m usually not picky we are in Mexico. And we love the people! Best part.. beach next door and waiter that made our day! Only stayed one day Eeks 😱😲

This was my 3rd trip to this hotel in two years. I know it's not a five-star hotel. However this trip. The hotel is under New Management out of the 14 days I stayed there only four and a half days had warm water the rest was cold water. The staff at the desk and housekeeping was phenomenal however trying to get a hold of the new manager was very difficult and it never happened.pool was not cleaned nor were the ground around the property. The street in front of the hotel to the beach club was nothing but mud puddles he had to navigate around. And try doing that without tripping or falling.
This was not our first stay and we expected clean no frills accommodations as our previous four visits. But management has changed over the last year and it shows. No hot water because propane wasn’t ordered, problems with the boiler and the pump, trash left on the beach and the dreaded cockroach or two! We won’t return although staffing is friendly and helpful, there is no oversight.
The location on the beach and close to numerous shops and restaurants was the only good thing about this hotel in my opinion. We booked our stay on the recommendation of friends who stayed at this hotel but I am sure it was many years ago, because the hotel is very run down now. We ended up staying in one room for two days and another for three days as we had to be moved due to the fact that the wall mounted air conditioner poured water into our back pack and jacket. Both rooms were very small, needed painting, curtains ripped, outlets too loose for our chargers to stay plugged in, flickering lights and no hot water. Both the restaurant and beachfront area were also very old and showed signs of age and being worn down. The driveway in front of the hotel was full of pot holes, large mud puddles and covered with garbage. Sad.
The staff was friendly and accommodating and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible, but I will not recommend this hotel.

My experience with check-in and check-out was pleasant, but the hotel urgently needs renovation. Mr. Arturo gave me a room that looked like a rundown motel, completely destroyed. Walking through the hallway, I felt very unsafe; all the room doors were in bad shape, the curtains in my room were old and worn out, and the walls had dampness, cracks, and mold. I went down to request a room change, and Mr. David gave me another room in better condition than the first one but the bathroom didn’t have a proper shower door, and the towel rack was covered in green mold. My daughter and I stayed there for just a couple of hours before deciding to move to another hotel I won’t be returning to this hotel due to its terrible state.
