This was our first time at this property. We had stayed close to it before so we knew the area. The staff was friendly and helpful, Eileen was a blessing when it came to any concierge service we needed. The roof top bar offered a spectacular view.

Very nice comfortable room! Secluded but easy walking to Hidalgo for food and shopping. Very friendly and helpful staff. Saw several loggerhead sea turtles come on the the hotel beach to lay their eggs.

Hotel Secreto is a wonderful hotel walking distance to restaurants and beach! We had a wonderful time during our stay and definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a quiet hotel close to the action of the beach and Hidalgo street!

I almost don’t want to leave a review, in hopes to keep this place as secret as it is, but they deserve all the praise. The staff are willing to go above and beyond to ensure your stay on the island is amazing. They really make you feel at home. The room was the most beautiful one we’ve ever stayed in. The hotel is never noisy, the drinks are well priced and delicious, and the pool/beach area is tucked away from the crowds with stunning views. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Do yourself a favor and stay here! The local spots to eat around town are all amazing.

Hotel Secreto is always a wonderful stay. The staff go above and beyond. Angel, Estefania, Cesar, Jose, Millie, and every person there will do whatever they can to make your stay memorable. The pool and pool deck are beautiful. The beach and beach beds are quiet and secluded, despite being steps away from the insanity of North Beach. The rooms are nicely appointed, with comfortable beds. The water pressure has never been an issue when we’ve been there (as it can be some places on Isla) and the air conditioning is ice cold. The rooftop bar is a wonderful place to watch the sunset.
