Second time visiting this resort. Check in was quick and was offered upgrade. While checking in we asked what would be the price to extend by one night and was advised check in could not provide us the rate and to check with our butler.Waited over 30 minutes for a butler to get us as others that came after us were taken to their rooms. Unfortunately our butler was not responsive to any of our requests, and we ended up having to request a new butler. Our new butler we received for the second half of our 3 day trip was excellent. Very responsive and helped save our trip. Resort is beautiful. Restaurants and shows were good as well. Only issues is first butler for first half of trip and spa charges us for second hydrotherapy even though our first butler stated it was going to be free and he would book them. Minor detail wish pools were warmer.

The pools are very small. the resort is not a family resort, there are no children's pools. The rooms smell of dampness . We asked for an espresso coffee in the room and they didn't bring it to us, we were told that only the adult building has espresso. I rate this resort with 8.5, probably the hotel employees or managers wrote the 9 Wonderful rating.

The resort was fantastic. Chan our butler was very helpful. Our rooms were constantly cleaned. The dining options were amazingly good for a resort. There were entertainment in the evenings but that might be the only thing to improve on otherwise it was great. would highly recommend!

We requested for certian rooms and they were not available. We booked three rooms together and were spilt up. The food was not terrible but not the best either. Didnt really get a sense of being on a resort. Service was sometimes fast and sometimes slow. Our view was horrible, nothing but construction. The rooms were clean but the property itself needed to be maintained better. Shower leaking and jacuzzi not working.

From the start to finish our stay was amazing. We were upgraded to "THe Club" which gave us access to everything and unlimited food and beverage options. Every member of the staff was extremely friendly and courteous. We enjoyed the infinity pool great, easy beach access. Manicured beaches! The Kabuki restaurant is a must. Edwin was an amazing cook and absolutely hilarious. I didn't want to leave.
