The resort is good but the service short of expectations. This is disappointing considering the price and Royalton being a five star hotel. The room was not available at checkin time. The guest service staff was not helpful to reserve or show how to reserve restaurants. Few waiters in restaurant, buffet and bar were openly rude. The waiter in one restaurant was cleaning the table and pushing food on to the floor. This is not what you expect in 5 star resort:( The house keeping forgot to leave towels twice and we had remind four times to get them. The bell boy and few wait staff were pushy in expecting tips. I want Expedia to review the property and make sure the standards are met. Please contact me to discuss further and provide compensation for the inconvenience and service.

Probably the property was nice one day, but it was more than tiring. Everything is totally destroyed... ripped sofas, rust, and peeling paint from walls! not mentioning the smell of swage inside the rooms. The Diamond thing is a scam! Give you nothing! The lounge has nothing special. The Diamond private check-in is so crowded... What's the point of paying extra for an exclusive service if everybody buys the Diamond package? What exclusivity is everybody has it. Terrible experience! Nevermore! I wish I could put the pictures here...

What can I say about this place. This is my first time here and after reading the reviews I totally agree!! This place is dirty and really outdated! For what I paid this place is not worth it. Who knew you had to mak reservations to regular restaurants but the only one you can walk into was the buffet! Simply disgusted with this place and I would not recommend this place to anyone! We went for a wedding and several guests also complained and said there were bed bugs and roaches in the rooms! And they went to complain to the front desk and they did nothing about it. If I can give it no stars I would! Definitely definitively will not recommend anyone to this place at all!!!

The advertisement says it is over 1,800 square feet and it wasn’t. The showers were dirty, had grime in the corners and the master shower wouldn’t drain. The doors did not lock without slamming them and none of the patio doors locked. We came back to the room one night to find we had no power and waited hours for someone to come reset a breaker. For buying what was supposed to be a “Presidential Suite” it felt like we got stuck in the farthest away corner in the older, more run down rooms.
