What a wonderful Honeymoon Vacation. The Resort felt like it was top notch in nearly all regards. Many reviews I've seen say the food isn't very good but I disagree. There are so many options, so you just gotta keep trying places. El Gaucho definitely takes first place. The staff was also fantastic, with a few minor exceptions. The ladies at the cafe seemed bothered by us everytime we went there. Our Butler Roman was simply wonderful. And the majority of other staff were excellent. The cabaret show was stunning and well worth the price of admission. The Spa is an absolute must. It is one of the the coolest and most beautiful experiences. I think the only other negative would be the bed. We had a king size and it hurt my wife's back to the point we had to request a pillow topper. All in all I would highly recommend TRS Coral.

THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE HAD IN AN ALL-INCLUSIVE CANCUN RESORT. WHILE THE PROPERTY IS REALLY GOOD with NICE SWIM UP ROOMS ALONG WITH A WORLD CLASS SPA/SAUNA, THIS RESORT FAILS MISERABLY IN HOSPITALITY AND SERVICE. THE STAFF WAS NOT VERY FRIENDLY AND INVITING AND FELT LIKE THEY WERE REALLY NOT IN PROVIDING HOSPITALITY AND SERVICE TO THE GUESTS. WHEN WE CHECKED IN THE RECEPTIONIST WAS IN A HURRY AND GOT US THE BANDS FOR ACCESS ACROSS THE RESORT HOWEVER, THE ROOM WOULD NOT BE READY FOR ANOTHER TWO HOURS. WE DID MENTION THAT WE ARE VIP ACCESS GUEST FROM EXPEDIA, BUT DID NOT RECEIVE ANY BENEFITS, LATER WE GOT THE $600 RESORT CREDIT WHICH WAS BASICALLY $10-$50 COUPONS WHICH ARE ESSENTIALLY USELESS. THE ROOM WAS REALLY NICE, HOWEVER WAS NOT THE ONE THAT WE ASKED FOR WE HAD PAID FOR THE BEACH SIDE, SWIM UP ROOM, WHICH WERE AT THE END OF THE RESORT SIDE, HOWEVER, THEY GAVE US A POOL VIEW ROOM, WHICH HAD NO PRIVACY AT ALL. THE PILLOWS IN THE ROOM SMELL REALLY MUSTY AND MOIST, AND WE ASKED SEVERAL TIMES TO HAVE THEM CHANGED AND IT WASN’T ON UNTIL 10 PM THAT THEY CHANGED THEM. The pool side is a dull and There is no party scene or music around the pool and felt like we were just chilling in a community pool. RESTAURANTS ARE BAD WITH NO VEGETARIAN OPTIONS. The grand palladium restaurants require reservation before 3 PM for dinner and will not allow you to dine in. The guest services don’t care if you go hungry. The spa was a saving grace, but will never go back to this resort

TRS Coral has a lot to offer and is extremely unique in the fact that the shuttle service and boat rides can get you from place to place around the property. The biggest concern for us was the food - it was average at best. We also were put in a room with many damaged pieces of furniture and a tub that didn’t work - no compensation for this just a shrug and a room change the following day that we had to chase the staff down for. I specifically paid extra for this room and was bummed out about not being able to use it for 1/3 of the trip. The drinks were also below average and it was extremely difficult to find bottled water on the property which is strange with over 30 venues to drink and eat. Overall it’s a nice property but the resort needs some renovations in the rooms and hallways, a closer look into food and drink quality and a step up in customer service when things are not right with a customers stay. Nice resort but would not come back. Oh and please stop trying to sell people on packages and whatnot. It was non stop everywhere we went and was frustrating when we were here for a short stay and my fiancée was pregnant and just trying to relax. I had not been approached this often by sales people while staying in a resort in all my years of traveling to Mexico.

Property was beautiful, the food was good. The only problem we had was that there were not enough activities going on. After 4pm it was pretty dead. You have to pay for the CHIC show which is overpriced. They should definitely have more going on especially with the property being so big and expensive.

I have no complaints whatsoever with my stay at this Resort. Everything was beautiful including my room (swim-up), The property itself, the beach/pool areas and all the restaurants and nightlife/entertainment spots. All the staff were very friendly as well. It was a solo trip for me for my birthday but I would definitely come back with a partner.

Some restaurant staff at the steak house were rude and rushed the service. Even though its an all inclusive property I witness the servers upset that tables didn't leave tips. They should give a tour when you initially arrive to let you know what all there is to offer. Instead of the 4 restaurants the tell you about upon arrival. I know its the middle of summer but the mosquitos were excessive. Although my butler Zamora was kind, updates on events at the property were upon request unlike my last visit. My mother who also stayed at the property didn't even know her butlers name because they were never present. Excursions were limited and pricey at the property and the man at the desk seemed uninterested. They should hqve a better system with the golf carts They said it comes every 15 minutes but I was waiting minimum 30 minutes for rides back to the property. None of the elevators had AC. Unless you get to the pool early you wont get towels which is a bummer because most of the chairs are stained. The property is literally on the coast so its a short distance to walk. Keveen and Ximena at the desk went above and beyond. But Mario at the Italian restaurant deserves a raise! Polite kind and knowledgeable!! They also have shops. Make sure to visit Chicano at the jeweler.
