The atmosphere and energy was fantastic! My main complaint was the tactics used to try and sell their Premier membership. They wanted one hour of our time to explain the benefits, but it turned into 2 1/2 hours of high pressure salesmanship.

This place was amazing! The staff was awesome-like nothing we’ve ever experienced. The literally only “downfall” I can find is when you sign up for the welcome breakfast and they try to upgrade you and once you say no-they still approach you several times a day in the lobby about it.

Odalys es espectacular, ella y su jefa Andrea en verdad hicieron todo por darnos un upgrade increíble a la torre! Servicio espectacular en general destacando a Dulce de Sea Flirt!
