Very good
We had a very good experience even though it was just for sleeping. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. We only had breakfast for two days, it was great (no bacon and eggs). Very clean and everything new, jungle theme. The only thing that we didn’t like was the no facility of tea/coffee/kettle in the room. Bar/coffee at the reception area. Thank you very much.

Very comfortable stay - the room was lovely and fresh. Quiet, great shower, with air-conditioning. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's walking distance to the town, but I would recommend a car.

Fomos recebidos com extrema simpatia pela Sandra, que nos deu diversas informações importantes sobre o tour dos picos e lagos e nos acolheu bem. Toda equipe do hotel é carinhosa! O suco de laranja natural do café da manhã é delicioso! Decoração do hotel adorável que nos remete à natureza! Um hotel ecológico, excelente!!!

Excelente experiencia, sin duda repetiremos. La habitación super cómoda (cama y almohadas, tienen un menú de almohadas aunque no pedimos nada), la ducha de las mejores que probamos. La recepción excelente, muy amables y atentas todas, el exterior tiene unas sillas y hamacas muy comodas oata disfrutar el entorno, solonse escuchan pasar coches pero no hay mas ruido que eso. El desayuno podría tener más variedad pero el precio vale la pena

El hotel es muy bonito y la habitación que nos dieron preciosa. Pero hemos tenido problemas con la wifi, incluso con la cobertura del teléfono. Parece que tenían un problema. También algunos detalles que no nos han gustado, pedimos almohadas y nos las dieron sin fundas, en el plástico. El gel no lo repusieron y no tuvimos. Las copas nos dijeron a 5 euros y las cobraron a 5,50. Son detalles pequeños pero que le restan. El último el ascensor estaba sin funcionar y tuvimos que cargar con todo por las escaleras. Pero tiene un gran potencial. Me gusta el hotel y en general Lorena fue muy maja y las chicas del desayuno también. Por cierto, muy buenos los desayunos. Gracias
