We are a retired couple who loved the many options available for families. Ruby’s has a great range of options for family. The pool and western themed dining options were such fun. Breakfast buffet was very good. A grocery store on the premises was nice. Lots of activities nearby to make a wonderful time for everyone!

The property was convenient to everything! The shuttle buses pick you up close to the hotel, parking was great.Tthey even let us keep our car in their parking lot while we rode the shuttle bus all day after we had checked out. Staff was knowledgeable.

Check in was very smooth. Staff are great. Location at the entrance to Bryce Canyon NP was perfect. Rooms are a bit dated. Not many food options, especially if you are a vegetarian.

Property is conveniently located near the park, and has pretty much everything that you would need. The food at the buffet isn't anything good or bad, it's just ok. The beds were unfortunately uncomfortable for us, and after an exhausting day of hiking and exploring, a nice comfortable bed would had been appreciated.

Place was fine, but expensive. On the other hand, close to Bryce, park bus pick-up right on site. Restaurant was OK and it was convenient to have the general store and laundry on property.

The only elevator in the building was broken so you had to carry your luggage up all the floors. The building is old and needs remodeled. The staff was fine. The food is nothing special. Not sure how this place is rated so high. I mean it was ok to average. If you walk around the sides and back of the hotel it’s dirty, there’s junk all over the loading dock, crap all around the parking lot. Out toilet paper dispenser was broken and they would just put the one roll of toilet paper on the dirty floor.
