There was a misunderstanding when we are checking in it was human error,the manager solved the problem really well she compensated us really good she give us rooms that make my handicap husband comfortable, I really appreciate her. Hotel is in a perfect location for anyone visiting Bryce Canyon, only a few minutes drive in a personal car or the shuttle bus collects from right outside the front door of the hotel. On site facilities are excellent

We really appreciate that it's the only hotel in the area that is pet friendly. We were able to take our pets with us pretty much everywhere with us and that means a lot to us. We noticed that there were other pet owners on the property. We didn't notice them till they were being walked by there owners. No excessive barking or messes anywhere. We will absolutely return to Ruby's in the near future.

When booked the photo showed a one bed, but after checking in the room had double beds. I think this was an error on the Hotels.com website at booking, but because it was a holiday weekend the hotel could not accommodate. The manager informed me they had 360+ rooms only 25 of which are single (king) bed rooms. This is a bit ridiculous in my opinion to have such few single bed rooms. This left us feeling cramped the during our stay. The room was outdated and carpet appeared dirty/outlived its usefulness. I will admit the breakfast was fantastic and most of the staff were welcoming. But based on the lack of single bed and outdated rooms, I would not stay at this location again.

This hotel was conveniently located next to the national park. The breakfast selection and taste were fantastic. The room was very small and outdated. The weekend we stayed the hotel was at max capacity and I could not park close to the room.

Huge property with okay restaurants and a massive general store were pros. The pool was dirty and so was the hot tub. The carpet in our room turned my daughter’s feet black. Bedding felt clean but the overall maintenance of the room wasn’t great. Not many options in the area which is how we ended up there. Over priced for the lack of cleanliness.

The property was about what you would expect from Best Western Plus. It was okay, not great, not bad. Indoor pool was chlorinated enough to kill any and all germs. Check in was a cluster scrog but they worked through it pretty quick. The best thing about this place is that is a stones throw from Bryce Canyon. Plenty of parking out back as well.

ho dormito solo una notte ma la mia recensione è positivissima! check in velocissimo nonostante fossimo arrivati durante un temporale e ci fossero molte persone in fila, parcheggio di fronte alla porta della camera super comodo per scaricare i bagagli, camera pulita e che presentava tutte le caratteristiche presenti nella descrizione ma soprattutto una house steak da 10 e lode!!!!!!!
