We have stayed at the Homewood Suites Southpointe many times. It's in a safe snd convenient location. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a lot of variety and is always good. We especially like the pool and hot tub. However the chairs and chaise lounges are all ripped and need to be replaced. The patio area is inviting with a firepit, sitting area, and basketball court. We have had several family gatherings in the spacious meeting room, as well. ts one of our favorite hotels and will stay there again.

The front desk staff was helpful. The room had not been dusted in quite a while, wouldn't matter for someone with no allergies. In fairness it was Christmas week, but housekeeping service was pretty much non-existent--we were there Monday 12/23-Friday 12/27. Staff at front desk say rooms are scheduled to be renovated floor by floor in early 2025. Probably won't stay there again.

We have tried staying at a place that costs less that was closer to where our Granddaughter lived but was not satisfied. We decided to come back to Homewood and i am so glad we did. The staff and stay is worth the extra cost. Bed is comfortable and the separate room away from the bed is what we need. They spoiled us. Cant go anywhere else. No matter where we travel to we look for a Homewood Suites to stay in. Merry Christmas
