Staff friendly and accommodating. Lovely friendly atmosphere as many guests were obviously regulars. Room was very comfy and good supply of tea, coffee and hot chocolate.

I have to go to Canterbury every month and this hotel ticks all the boxes for me. Staff shout outs to the one lady who served my special needs daughter and I dinner (should have taken a name) and another shout out to her for breakfast along with her colleague (again I should have taken a name). I'll be back for sure.

Our stay was amazing, gutted I didn’t wake up for the breakfast as it smelt amazing. The only issue was the clean sheets and the pillows where to uncomfortable.

Great staff and lovely meals.
We were really impressed by the staff, who were unfailingly friendly and polite. This made us feel really welcome. The food was very good and was nice and hot where appropriate. Overall, a very good experience.

Could do with a bit of a refresh…I imagine that might make cleaning a bit harder. Mattress comfortable, but bottom sheet much too small and kept coming untucked and rucking up underneath. The room was cold. I don’t mind, as I like a cool room to sleep but others might and I overheard a complaint about that.´Staff very good, especially Rosario, always a lovely welcome & very helpful!

The room was nice and quiet and nice to have a combined shower and a bath. The breakfast was good and the staff provided me with soya milk. My only complaint was that they didn’t know if the veggie sausages were vegan and there was no plant based spread.

The room was lovely especially the bathroom. It was exactly what I wanted after a long day of travelling. The staff where nice and easy going as well as being very informative and helpful when asking questions about the area I was in. The food was good for the price I paid and very varied. The only thing I would day is that I was not sure about the carpet in my room in terms of like if I had dirty shoes I didn't really want to leave them outside but didn't want then in the room as it would get the carpet dirty otherwise all good.
