We finally got a room with a view of the marina we love coming down this time of year. the only negative part was we wasnt notified that the pool and hot tub was out of service but it wasnt a deal breaker

A place to sleep
It’s an ok motel. If you get the “standard” room in building 3 it’s tired. Avoid a room on the second floor if you want to sit on the patio and enjoy the view as the patio wall is too tall to sit. Avoid a room on the first floor if you don’t want to hear what’s going on upstairs (there’s only 2 floors), so pick what’s important to you. In the off season, restaurant service is almost non existent. The employees were polite enough. The restaurant check system has serious flaws.

Beautiful resort stay to enjoy Lake Powell and the surrounding area. Made for a great home base and nice to walk along the lake path several times and plenty of places to sit and enjoy the view. Staff was friendly, funny and helpful. Enjoyed sunrise every morning from our veranda and star gazing at night.

The view of the lake from the outside of the property was pretty. Rooms are old with water-damaged furniture and no elevator. Booked a room for 4, only had towels for 2. No pool towels available unless you go to the lobby. Was okay for an overnight stay as we passed through. Probably wouldn't come back again.

We love the Lake Powell resort and have been there several times. The views of the lake and rock formations surrounding are beautiful. The resort has great dining options. The grounds are meticulously maintained. We appreciate how quiet the desert location is. The rooms are pretty basic but comfortable.

Lawn chair seat on the patio was worn and ripped and unsafe to sit in, the patio door whistled with the wind and was unable to close toe door well enough to stop it plus the the view from the first floor balcony was totally obstructed by the balcony wall and the only option for breakfast was a buffet

The views of the lake and rocks were awesome. Clean and modern lobby. Love that boat tours were easy to schedule. Rooms seemed "tired" and lackluster. Phone didn't work and coffee station wasn't refilled on one of our days.
