TV kept restarting could not watch anything. Lift had to be taken to level 5 for check in the another lift to room… this would have been more would be of a hassle if had more luggage.

We had a family mini holiday here after a visit to the zoo. Great room, peaceful, quiet, very comfortable. Delicious breakfast. Staff were very helpful. A special shout out to the barista who was on the day we had breakfast. She was amazing. The coffee machine in buffet area broke so she was under the pump. People were being quiet rude to her as they had to wait for a coffee. She managed it all so professionally and pleasantly. She also delivered one of the best coffee's I've had. We are planning to stay here again in the new year for another mini break.
